Het geluids overlast een uur voor dat we gingen inchecken kreeg ik mail dat ze bezig waren geen drankje niks aan geboden wij komen geregeld in almere vanuit Frankrijk maar dit is geen service
Nothing at all
Service is at the lowest point that you can get, most of the people who work there are rude without any proper training whatsoever, they can’t solve any guest problem and to be honest they don’t really care.. Suite without Tooth paste without vanity kit without mini bar without any service , without easy check in , in superior room no bottles of water and nothing at all, most of the towels are stinky and dirty, the floor full of dirty stuff scattered around I am really considering to sue the place , racist staff and arrogantly approach for all!!
