Cons:

Hygiëne in kamer slecht, geen minibar, koffiezetapparaat deed t niet, douche vies met schimmel en dat voor 20 uur t/m 14 uur volgende dag, ruim €200,- betaald! Totaal niet waard!

Lovely spacious rooms and nice facilities , good location but as it is 4 star there could have been some more provisions

Good location for challenge Almere
Nice facilities overall - nice pool / sauna / steam room and gym
Has a mini shop in the hotel for last minute food but there is a supermarket about 10-15 min walk too

Cons:

Nothing in the minibar - not even complimentary water , there was tea and coffee facility but when we had the tea it was never replaced , also no dairy free milk on offer for that

The shampoo and conditioner containers were missing from the shower

We received an email asking as to choose between room service or towels - it was in Dutch and could not understand it - maybe if your clients are English worth sending email in English

No robes or slippers for the pool or sauna

Some staff at reception did not seem as welcoming at times

Prima verblijf met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Het restaurant(goed gegeten) en de mensen van de bediening.
Goede kamer en bed. Onlogische badkamer.
Bubbelbad

Cons:

Erg gehorig, in de avond was er veel herrie. (Gebonk gedurende de avond, tot een uur of 22.30).
Balkons erg gehorig als mensen naast je praten is er weinig privacy.
Ik miste tissues op de kamer, en waarom geen dubbele wastafel bij een luxe kamer?
In het restaurant veel zakenlui met zakelijk management geleuter.

Pros:

Wir waren zum Triathlon dort. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort. Sehr gute Lage, tolle Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer.
Schwimmbad und Wellness haben wir leider nicht genutzt

Cons:

Den Tresor konnten wir nicht nutzen, da ihn jemand vor uns zugestellt hatte und das Personal unser Problem nicht verstanden hatte.
