عدم المصداقيه فالحجز
كان حجزنا ل 6 اشخاص و الدفع كان ل 6 اشخاص بعد وصولنا و سوالنا عن السرير الاضافي للشخص الثالث فالجناح تم الرفض و طلب مبلغ زياده رغم انه تم الدفع فالحجز و قولهم انه هذا الشيء من بوكينك و ليس منهم و الافضل الحجز عن طريق الفندق مباشره
و كذالك عدم توفير الفوط كامله بشكل يومي
