Le sympathique réceptionniste du soir, le sourire du personnel au petit déjeuner, en bref le personnel.
Et un Rewe (supermarché juste à côté)

Cons:

L’emplacement (quartier peu recommandable), même si pratique car près de Hauptbahnhof. Aucune isolation phonique. Peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Chambre avec 2 lits simples au lieu du lit double réservé. Distributeur de savon cassé et inutilisable dans la douche.

There was nothing positive about my stay. My overall experience at Lavandula Hotel was miserable and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

Overall, the staff’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional. No iron was provided, as the staff stated that they do not provide this facility. The air conditioning was not working at all. Despite several complaints, the staff did not make any effort to address the issue. They simply informed us that the entire air-conditioning system was down and that they could not help us, suggesting that we either switch on the ceiling fan or open the window. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, particularly due to the poor staff attitude and lack of basic facilities and assistance.

Gute Wahl getroffen
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten ist erwähnenswert, das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Es ist alles gut, aber es wird immer Nörgler geben. Frühstück günstig und gut, die anderen Gäste sind Glücksache. Fahre nächste Woche wieder hin.

Reserviertes Zimmer nicht bekommen - aber zumindest fairen Ersatz bekommen

Nach unserer nicht erfüllten Reservierung (siehe Negatives), bot die Rezeption zumindest einige Ersatzleistungen bzw. Kompensation an. Sowohl der Rezeptionist am Abend, als auch der freundliche Rezeptionist am Tag der Abreise.
Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem und es war ruhig.

Cons:

Wir hatten aufgrund unseres kleinen Kindes ein Doppelbett gebucht, zusätzlich ein Babybett angefragt. Beim checkin erhielten wir allerdings ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Auf Nachfrage durften wir in ein größeres Zimmer - in dem aber auch wieder Einzelbetten standen. Nach etwas längerer Diskussion mit dem Rezeptionisten erhielten wir noch ein Babybett dazu. Leider fehlten hier auch nach Nachfrage die Bezüge für Decke und Kissen.
Der Rezeptionist am Abend war recht unfreundlich, z.B. mit Äußerungen, dass er das Babybett ja dann hochschleppen müsste oder das er Babybett nur in das kleine Zimmer bringen wolle. Und dann sollte ich auch noch persönlich mit hochkommen und beim Aufnau zusehen.
