Qualité de l'accueil.
Mesures de sécurité pour accès à l'établissement.

Cons:

Propreté moyenne: j'ai retrouvé des cheuveux sur les dras ce qui me fais pensé que la literie n'a pas été changé avant mon arrivée.

La baignoire était partiellement bouchée : l'eau s'écoulait très lentement et stagnait pendant la douche.

Les photos présentées sur le site ne reflètent pas fidèlement l'état actuel de l'établissement. Le mobilier et les équipements apparaissent nettement plus anciens et usés que ce que laissent supposer les images promotionnelles.

Personale cordiale e ottima colazione.

Cons:

Manca l'aria condizionata, ci sono due ventilatori ma se fa caldo non sono sufficienti. L'ascensore rotto, abbiamo usato le scale dino al 5 piano per più giorni xon un bimbo piccolo. Zona non molto piacevole per delle passeggiate.

Tudo, elevador quebrado, quarto que só trocaram as toalhas de banho, isso porque tivemos que pedir. Os atendentes mal educados... Exceto a Len (a vietnamita).

Very nice staff. Accomodating and very friendly.

Very convenient buffet breakfast.

Nice location with plenty of restaurants and shops arround.

Cons:

Grown-ups sleeping on the folded sofa were not very comfortable, but children were!

Entrance glass door could be cleaned to give a better impression.

All the rest was really nice.

Es un aparta hotel cómodo, cerca a estaciones, pero me pidieron un depósito de 100Euros, algo que nunca me ha pasado en ningún hotel. Cuando tuve que hacer check out no hubo nadie en recepción, les escribí desde ese momento y aún no me contestan. Por lo que no me han devuelto ese depósito.

El ascensor estuvo dañado en casi toda la estancia y para estar con maletas es aún más difícil, en época de calor no lo recomiendo, no tiene aire, solo ventilador que lo único que hace es ruido!

Le personnel a toujours été sympathique et la propreté du logement était pleinement acceptable.

Cons:

Le logement est ultimement mal situé et c'est ça plus grand faiblesse (le RER le plus proche n'est pas exactement fiable). Sinon, il est quasi impossible d'aérer la chambre, ce qui a été un problème lors de la chaleur qu'on a eu, et le lit est dur comme de la roche.

Nous sommes restés 3 jours entiers sur les 6 sans ascenseur c’est la première fois que je vous ça
Obliges de descendre les 4 valises par les escaliers sans aide .je demande un remboursement partiel de mon séjour cat c’est inacceptable.

Pros:

Man kann sich gut selbst verpflegen und relativ schnell die Innenstadt erreichen. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Abends ist die Rückfahrt mit RER, Merro und Bus spät etwas mühsam. Es ist von der Straße her ziemlich laut.
