Cons:

Pretty horrible experience. You would never know what kind of suprise you will have if you choose to book here. 50mins before check-in received email that apartment got "upgraded" to a completely different one AND without advertised terrace and completely different layout. One agent calls it upgrade other calls it downgrade. I call it false advertising and a scam. No giving reasons why this happened and why so early before the check-in.
Customer support is basically a call center operated remotely. The automatic doors broke and i had to go back in middle of workday and make multiple videos to prove i am skilled enough to open the doors. Expect these kind of issues to take a full day

Pros:

The apartment was great, with an excellent location, really nice commodities, super clean, but also hey were extremely helpful since my boyfriend was very sick and needed an earlier entrance to the place. They did everything they could to help, very kind of them! I definitely will book it again 😁

Posizione centrale, vicino a fermate bus e metro, 1 supermercato vicinissimo con chiusura ore 21. All'interno tutto come da foto, bagno pulito e comodo, cucina ben attrezzata con tutto in necessario. Comodissimo il check in on line e l'ngresso con codice.

Apartamento amplio y bien situado. Tiene cerca , restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados. Se llega a la zona antigua andando en 30 min, pero hay parada de metro y taxi cerca. Si se va en coche, es fácil aparcar en la calle
