Prestations pas en adéquation avec un Hilton.
Pros:

L'emplacement proche du centre ville.

Cons:

Il faisait chaud mi septembre, 28 c. La chambre était une véritable étuve !
On ne peut pas parler de climatisation mais éventuellement de ventilation qui braissait de l'air chaud
Certaines chambres ont eu la chance d'avoir un ventilateur.

Das Hotel hat den Namen Hilton nicht verdient
Pros:

Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern war toll. Die Matratzen sind gut auch die Kissen sind komfortabel

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage fuktioniert nur mässig und Fenster öffnen ist unmöglich aufgrund des Strassenlärms. Die Zimmer waren auf den zweiten Blick nicht sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit im Hotel zu essen.

okay but not great
Pros:

Very Basic rooms. no frills no water in rooms ect ect the bar prices are very high 18€ for a gin and Tonic is taking the mick! the reception staff are not really guest orientated and when asked for a restaurant recommendation they could not really help much (it was a sunday i will add so the general options were limited) having spent 20 years working in hotels i cant get used to staff not standing up when guest checking sitting behind a desk seems ...... unwelcoming. at first they could not find my booking this took some time but we got it sorted in the end. having no F&B offering at the hotel in the evening is understandable given the costs involved but then the breakfast has to be world class. the terrace and the view is a selling point and if i was in charge i would let people sit up there for a drink in the evenings. we wanted to get drinks downstairs and come up to enjoy the amazing view and the supervisor locked the door and said that this was only for breakfast. its the small things like speaking to us behind a closed door rather than opening up and showing flexability. I get that there are rules but who wants to sit in the lobby when the terrace is so cool? overall we got were satified but being "hosts" and welcoming was missing and would have taking this experience from ok to good. it lacks personality is what i am saying the staff are merly going through the motions.

Cons:

public areas and cleanliness have a feeling of "the hotel is understaffed for the volume of work" even my 10 year old picked up the hair in the bath and the dirty coridors.

Good stay with friendly staff.
Pros:

Neat, well maintained and comfortable room.

Cons:

Instructions for using the washing machine and dryer were only in German, and had no other language options. It would have been helpful to have the instructions in English for using both of these machines (e.g. cleaning the lint filter!)

Praktische und preiswerte Unterkunft am Rande von Innsbruck.
Pros:

Modern, gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Schnelles Einchecken.

Cons:

Lage ist deutlich abseits, viel gibt es nicht drumherum.
