Hilton as an Hilton, in any place wonderful
Pros:

Nice and helpful stuff. Excellent facilities, for me as a wheelchair user. Any thing was easy, and flowing.

Great stay, wonderful locale, beautiful city to visit
Pros:

Beautiful location right next to the stadium, convenient transportation with nearby major bus lines every 15min
Hotel has a sauna that’s wonderful after a hike
Staff is friendly

Cons:

Weaker WiFi, bed soft for my preference but overall great stay would highly recommend and visit again

Den kæmpe seng. At de har body lotion, shampoo og conditioner ude i badeværelset istedet for 5 i 1.

Cons:

Man kunne ikke caste en serie til tv selvom det var flot og stort lg tv kunne jeg kun se ting på tysk.

Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig alle de varme ting var ikke rigtigt varme.

Een goed hotel met mooie kamer op een leuke locatie. Een cursus klantbejegening doet wonderen.

De locatie, van het hotel (net buiten het oude stadscentrum) en de prijs.

Cons:

Het personeel aan de receptie is zeer stug. Bjj aankomst werden we niet vriendelijk welkom geheten. Of een ander vriendelijke zin gesproken. Komt niet echt klantvriendelijk over. Ook wordt er geen uitleg gegeven waar ontbijtruimte is of andere informatie.

Zimmer wurde gebucht, allerdings hatten die keine Zimmer frei, also konnten wir uns ein neues Hotel suchen + der Betrag wurde trotzdem vom Konto abgebucht

Very disappointing - heavy cigarette smell
Cons:

The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in — the bed, cushions, curtains, everything had an intense stale smoke odor as if someone had just been smoking there regularly. It was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable for a non-smoking room. What made the experience even worse was the staff response: when we asked to switch rooms, we were basically told we were deprioritized because we booked through Booking instead of the Hilton app. We were also told there were “no rooms available,” which is hard to believe in a hotel of this size.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und wurden auch nicht wirklich geputzt/gesaugt in diesen Tagen. Es lagen noch chips usw unter dem bett von unserem Vorgänger.
