No air con, room looks tired, bathroom shabby, didn’t make up beds when cleaning, hard bed, soft pillows
Staff friendly, parking ok, view from room ok.
No air conditioning in room, breakfast (bacon) not cooked properly. Dinner one evening the burger 🍔 not at all nice. Chips tasteless.
The staff could not have more friendly and helpful. I will be back 😁

Myself and my wife went there to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We had a drink each earlier and asked to look at the menu for evening. We hadn't decided what we wanted & was shown to table 1. We waited for menus, the guy was very rude & gave 5 other tables menu's, I went up & asked for a menu, the guy said you already saw the menu, we weren't even asked did want a drink. He eventually came with menu's & said I will be back in half an hour really rude, still no drinks so we walked out. Other tables got served. I reported to the ladies at reception. We went to the The Old Castle Seafood Bar, where the food was excellent and customer service was outstanding. We spent alot of money there & was worth it. Our room was really stuffy and no fans available. Alot of noise and banging of doors, for the room rate not worth it. Another customer had the same experience in the restaurant with the same guy they also walked out. Very disappointing.
Location was great, front of house were lovely.
No aircon, no fans. Called reception to get on but they had no left. Our friends stayed in an Airb&b and had a lovely room across the road with great air con for €80 less then we paid.
