Pros:

A wonderful hotel. I liked absolutely everything, especially the impressive sunset view over the beautiful valley and mountains.

Cons:

The town bell tower is wonderful in front of the hotel, but it can wake you up at 6 a.m. But this is only a very minor downside.

Reviews kloppen niet, enorm slecht hotel. Geld terug!

Goedenacht. Graag wil.ik een klacht indienen en wil ik gewoon mijn geld terug anders neem ik gerechtelijke stappen. Het verbaast me telkens dat er nog hotels zijn met ontzettend slechte matrassen en kussens, juist het enige wat je nodig hebt en waarvoor je betaald. Geen oog dichtgedaan, en nee, dit is niet subjectief en zal ieder normaal mens beamen. Kortom, ik eis echt men geld terug en dit soort slechte service moet maar eens stoppen, zeker voor dit bedrag en nee, dit is niet Liechtenstein standaard maar gewoon echt absoluut niet in verhouding. Dit is ern hotel in de 50-100 euro range, dan kun je dit verwachten. Ook staat er een kerkklok naast het hotel die tot laat in de avond elk uur afgaat. Wie verzint dit en ook loopt er een drukke weg pal onder je raam. Echt mensen en booking.com dit soort bedrijven moet echt een keer ophouden te bestaan. For a price of €250 per night, we expected a significantly better breakfast. The vegetables provided were merely symbolic (half a tomato and half a bell pepper for the entire buffet), and hot items such as eggs were prepared only upon explicit request. Combined with the hotel's noisy location next to a main road, the overall value for money was very poor.

Cons:

The location on a busy mountain road is something that cannot be changed. However, the breakfast could be much better and should not reflect such an extreme level of cost-cutting, especially at this price point.

In Ordnung, aber eigenartiger Umgang mit Gästen

Wir sind mit Hund angereist und hatten dies auch bei der Buchung über booking vermerkt. Offensichtlich ist dies beim Hotel nicht angekommen, was dazu führte, dass wir von der Inhaberin (?) während des Frühstücks mehrfach auf unangenehme Weise angesprochen wurden, dass wir es versäumt hätten, unseren Hund anzumelden, da wir dann ein Zimmer ohne Teppichboden zugeteilt bekommen hätten (was völlig ok wäre). Implizit wurde uns mehrmals unterstellt, wir hätten versucht, die Zusatzgebühr beim online Check-In einzusparen. Der Hinweis darauf, dass wir mit der Angabe unseres Hundes bei unzähligen Buchungen in anderen Hotels keine Probleme gehabt haben, wurde ignoriert. Irgendwann verschwand die Dame, und nach dem Check-out habe ich einer Hotelmitarbeiterin anhand einer Probebuchung vorgeführt, dass trotz der Hinweises auf ein Haustier dieser definitiv nicht in der Buchungsbestätigung enthalten ist. Vielleicht versucht die Inhaberin das mal selbst.
Ein eigentlich angenehmer Hotelaufenthalt mit schalem Beischmack. Der Ton macht gegenüber einem Kunden die Musik.

Surprisingly Excellent
