Boa estadia em razão da localização, mas o hotel precisa de atualização.
Pros:

O quarto é amplo, com sofá e área para trabalho/estudo. A cama tem bom tamanho, porém o pillow top precisa ser trocado.

Cons:

O banheiro é muito antigo e precisa de uma atualização nos acabamentos e nas louças, inclusive no vaso sanitário. O café da manhã é fraco, com poucas opções tanto de frutas quanto de frios e pães.

Excelente localização próximo ao Ibirapuera
Pros:

Excelente localização, café da manhã completo e saboroso. Quartos altos muito silenciosos e equipe solícita. Estacionamento estava incluso no quarto que alugamos, perfeito para nosso caso que alugamos carro.

Cons:

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos e não temos comentários contra.

Toda equipe extremamente cordial e atenciosos. A localização é excelente!

Cons:

As instalações do Hotel são antigas, mobiliário antigo, banheiro bastante encardido precisando de uma boa limpeza, ar-condicionado antigo. Café da manhã com poucas opções, porém são saborosas. Se busca conforto o hotel não atenderá bem, pois precisa passar por uma boa reforma. Mas atende ao básico.

Bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

Boa localização, quarto confortável e com bom espaço, sem barulhos e limpo, também com ótimo café da manhã e atendimento da equipe.

Cons:

Há microondas e pia no quarto mas não havia nenhum utensílio doméstico para uso destas comodidades.
Recomendo reparo na torneira do banheiro que estava pingando e na válvula da descarga do vaso sanitário que também tinha vazamento.
