As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and service, we are currently in the process of renovating and renewing the front of the hotel for the safety of our guests and staff. As a result, there may be some construction noise. The work will be ongoing until further notice.

We currently have scaffolding up at the front of the property for essential works being carried out on the facia of the building. The scaffolding is not affecting any of our guest room views and will be in place for the foreseeable.

We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and your understanding and support during the renovation period is much appreciated.

Please kindly note, any rates inclusive of food, is to be taken in the Crescent Restaurant only.

At check-in all guests must provide a physical valid credit or debit card for a pre-authorisation.

Upon check-out if no balance is owed, the pre-authorisation is cancelled and depending on the card issuer the funds will go back as available in 5 to 10 banking days.

Pros:

Amazing location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Restaurant tables were sticky and cutlery was unclean. Outside bar tables were not cleared.

Not what I expected

Breakfast was very good, and most of dinner was good

Could have been better information generally, I was told there were lifts, but not that they didnt service the Mezzanine floor, where our room was. Our room was ok but depressingly blandI particularly booked for the indoor pool but wasnt aware that it was a fight of stai. rs up from the changing rooms, which mad it inaccessible for my husband, and the outdoor pool was basically a deep paddling pool. Was also disappointed about the distance from town, particularly up a very steep hill so we had to drive everywhere. My husband had fish and chips in the restaurant one night and the chips were very poor, I have had better oven chips

Our Perfect Wedding Day

We honestly couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect wedding at The Osborne Hotel. From start to finish, everything was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. 🤍

The venue itself is absolutely stunning and provided the most beautiful setting for our special day. The food was amazing — every course was delicious and beautifully presented, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it.

A special mention has to go to Haidee, who was absolutely incredible throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we always felt completely looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her help made such a huge difference to our day.

All of the staff were fantastic — friendly, attentive and professional, and they helped create such a wonderful atmosphere throughout the whole day.

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, and we will always look back on our day at The Osborne Hotel with the happiest memories.

Thank you to Haidee and the whole team for helping make our wedding so incredibly special. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough! ❤️✨

Totally relaxed after out two nights nothing was a problem.
Pros:

Such a fantastic location, everyone so friendly, all staff brilliant, had a super relaxing couple of days with the indoor pool and gym. The outdoor pool and bar and eating area, the beach was so welcoming, coffee, toilets changing rooms. Hired paddle boards from the hotel, the cost of all food and boards very reasonable and excellent price for such quality. Will be visiting again very soon.
