Temizlik iyi değildi. Kahvaltı kötüydü.

Jedini problem je parking. Može da se popravi izbor hrane za doručak. Svakodnevno isti meni nije neka preporuka, u deset dana jedina je promena bio jedan dan sa slanim palačinkama.

Pozele făcute la camere nu reflectă realitatea,sunt făcute când totul era nou sau reconditionat,nici de cum 4 stele acuma,poate 3.Parcarea la hotel dacă ai noroc fiind locuri putine,dacă nu sincer nu ai unde parca,f.aglomerat orașul.

Това място не бих го нарекъл хотел. Персоналът е под всякаква критика, единият мъж от рецепцията с голата глава, беше страшно груб и нетактичен, зададохме му въпрос къде да си паркираме колата, при условие, че платихме голяма сума за стаята и нямаше къде да се спре, за да си разтоварим багажа и той с груб тон ни обясни да си търсим някъде другаде място или да отидем на платен паркинг, за който оставихме 100 евро за престоя ни. Чистачките влизаха в стаята, когато си пожелаят, без да чукат и се чудим какво реално правят в стаите на хората? Нито ни сменяха завивките, нито кърпите, не ни слагаха тоалетна хартия, мебелите бяха с много прах по тях и по земята имаше пясък и други мизерии. Бяхме си запазили голямо двойно легло, а получихме две отделни легла приближени с една огромна дупка посредата. Асансьорите бяха просто едни малки кутийки, в които ако сте с повече багаж, няма шанс да влезете и ги чакате по 5 мин в посока. В нашата баня имаше топла вода чак последния ден от престоя, телевизора е от комунистическо време, страшно стар и нефункционален. Банята дори не искам да я коментирам, засъхнал мухал по фугите и по плочките, стари душове... Нищо общо със снимките! Не си давайте парите за това място.

Lipsa parcarii este un mare minus

Çok eski, acilen renovasyon gerekiyor.
Odaların zemin döşemeleri berbat çok pisti. Banyo olağanüstü eski ve kirliydi.
625 numaralı odada kaldım penceresiz ve hapishane hücresinden farksızdı.
Yataklar tek kişi için bile çok küçüktü.
Yastık tek bir tane vardı.
Otelin kendine ait ücretsiz otoparkı var yazıyordu ama küçücük ve çok yetersiz bir otoparktı ve her zaman doluydu.

The hotel is big with many rooms, butl has a very small parking, only few cars can park; so depends on your luck,

The hotel is in a perfect location right in Kavala’s harbor — the front door opens directly onto the city center street, and stepping out the back door puts you right at the harbor.

Upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised to find a baby crib already set up in the room, and the room smelled distinctly of used diapers/urine. We called reception, and housekeeping came to remove the crib — after airing out the room, the smell improved, but it was a poor first impression.

We also noticed the bed linens were very wrinkled and untidy-looking, which didn’t match what we’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Staff assured us the sheets were clean, but admitted there was an issue with the hotel’s laundry/ironing equipment — suggesting this is a broader, hotel-wide shortcoming rather than an isolated incident.

The bathroom also had moisture damage: black mold/mildew along the tile grout and peeling silicone sealant at the floor edge. One clear cause is the bathtub’s shower head, which is fixed in a single position with no adjustable holder — even at low water pressure, water sprays past the tub onto the floor and walls.

After reporting these issues, we were offered a room change. The new room was in somewhat better condition, but its bathroom also had superficial moisture damage and the exact same fixed shower/tub design — confirming this is a structural/maintenance issue throughout the hotel, not just one room.

Following our complaints and the room change, the assistant manager sent us a bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill on the second day — a nice thought, though it didn’t quite land for us personally, as we don’t drink wine.

The breakfast cold be better, but no major complaints, breakfast with a view is great.
