I was not able to connect my laptop to the tv through HDMI or wireless and the unacceptable reason given to me was for safety and security!!??
On checkout I was charged Euro 13.2 for drinking water from the minibar. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED TO PAY FOR WATER IN SIMILAR HOTEL CATEGORY.
After checkout later my card was charged Euro 8.8 for what reason I don’t know.
Finally no invoice and no explanation for the additional charges which I reject and demand compensation.
When charging additional the hotel/booking.com should provide explanation and must be approved by the client
