Our room was dirty, ripped wallpaper , no bedside tables, the worst mattress Ive ever been on, staff unhelpful and did not care.
The room was clean but very basic.
The whole place was run down. Weeds overgrown in the car park with big pot holes awaits on arrival. Building has clearly seen better days to a point where it doesn't feel safe or welcoming.
Breakfast was extremely limited. A bowl of cereal and toast on white or brown bread. All that was on offer.
DISGUSTING- MOULD EVERYWHERE,DIRTY/RIPPED SHEETS,BROKEN DOORS, WINDOWS YOU CANT EVEN SEE THROUGH,DIRTY TOILET,COBWEBS,BLACK MARKS ON THE WALLS,BROWN SLUDGE MARKS RUNNING FROM THE FUSE BOX, BROKEN BATHROOM FLOOR(TRIP HAZARD) WATER LEAKING ALL OVER BATHROOM FLOOR,FORIEGN BODY IN SHOWER AND TOWELS ON THE FLOOR TO HOLD OUTSIDE DR OPEN.

Breakfast is not great. It’s beyond basic
Room was lovely and quiet and recently refurbished. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Slept so well that missed breakfast!
A welcome pack with places to eat and takeout would be helpful. I couldn't close the sash window completely which was fine as it was warm but could do with addressing before winter.

The gentleman that checked us in was polite
Everything - the reception door looks tatty, lock falling off. Bedroom, floor looked filthy, not hoovered, wifi was poor - didn't get it unless in bathroom then it was minimal. Ants on the tea coffee tray. TV kept glitching. Bed was a double divan base with 2 single mattresses - one side was higher than the other. The windows need a good clean, sills and edges. Bathroom - well that was horrendous, flooring needs replacing, toilet has seen better days, shower dribbled out, shower curtain full of mold, shower curtain pole was full of rust... could go on.
Traveling back in time to when hotels where this dilapidated

Good for the price
We booked 3 deluxe king rooms and requested them to be near each other which we got told was fine. When we arrived we got told we were all separated in different buildings so as we were with children and couldn’t be separated we had to downgrade 2 of our rooms to be told to king rooms. When we looked at our rooms they were barely double so when I went and told reception they were too small I was told they had already given our original rooms away and they couldn’t refund us the difference after I had paid for deluxe king and were now in a very small double. I wouldn’t have minded if they had told us months prior that our rooms could not be together but they said they would be.
It advertised that there was food in the evening but the kitchen was shut and the bar was shut. Luckily there is a supermarket next door for us to get food.
The breakfast was ok as we knew it would be continental.

Also, Was man über Frühstuck versteht, gabe es überhaupt nicht dort!!!!!!
Das Zimmer war sehr veraltet und für mich war keine frühstücken dort!!!!!das war Verarschung.....
The actual bed was acceptable!
The room decor very poor, small tv that did not work, cable running across the room had tom step over. bathroom and decor dated. Hotel shabby and unkept Burger waggon outside at night operating, minimal staff presence.
