Buena experiencia en general!
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente. La limpieza y las instalaciones muy bien y modernas, tienen un jardín al aire libre muy bonito. El barrio es muy tranquilo.

Cons:

La poca conectividad con la ciudad: para ir al centro hay que hacer 2 o 3 combinaciones de transporte público. El colchón era incómodo, te hundes mucho. El aire acondicionado estaba justo debajo de la cama y pega directo.

Sympa mais un peu vétuste et loin du centre
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que l’excellent rapport qualité-prix de l’établissement.

Cons:

Le bruit provenant du couloir ainsi que celui de la climatisation peuvent être gênants. Les installations mériteraient également un rafraîchissement, et l’emplacement est relativement mal desservi par les transports en commun.

Apartament godny poleceniu, przestronny pokój, czyściutko, bardzo wygodne łóżko, super taras na zewnątrz. Blisko do przystanków autobusowych, o ile jedzie autobus jest bardzo dobre połączenie.

Comfortable stay and excellent hospitality
Pros:

My fiancée and I recently stayed at Patrizia Romana Palace during our holiday in Rome, and overall it was a great experience.

The room wasn't as large as we initially imagined, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated having a small kitchenette equipped with an electric hob and mini fridge, which was perfect for storing snacks and drinks.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful terrace. It was the perfect place to start the day with a morning coffee or relax in the evening after exploring the city.

A special thank you goes to Andrea, the property manager. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, provided plenty of useful information about the area, and recommended several places that we ended up visiting and thoroughly enjoying. His hospitality really enhanced our stay.

The only minor downside was the distance from the city centre. However, this was easily manageable, as several public transport stations are within a short 10-minute walk and provide convenient access to all the main attractions.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Patrizia Romana Palace to anyone visiting Rome.

Clean, comfortable, quiet.
Pros:

The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom, in particular, is just what you need after a long day of sight-seeing. The shower is a rain shower with the additional perk that you can tilt the showerhead if you don't want to get your hair wet.

There is more than enough space for your clothes, including hanging space.

The kitchen is well-equipped.

There is a supermarket near the property.

There are several public transport stops nearby.

Cons:

My only negative comment is in relation to the location. It takes a while to get to the main tourist sites. Taking the 96 bus to Piramide and from there the metro, works quite well.

Pros:

Lo conoscevo già e lo frequento ogni volta che devo fare cure e controlli c/o l' Ospedale San Camillo Forlanini

Cons:

Andando in giro per cure ospedaliere e lasciando l' appartamento la mattina presto, apprezzavo molto il servizio di pulizia anche delle stoviglie

Pros:

We needed to be in that area to be close to a resident of Rome.

Cons:

Shower floor & tile needed to be scrubbed. Bed topper was in need of replacement. Room needed much more careful cleaning in general. Entrance keypad was in need of repair or replacement.

Osoblje koje je spremno pomoći i odmah rješava nastali problem.

Cons:

U našem prvom apartmanu wifi uopće nije radio ali su nas sreća drugi dan prebacili kat više. Ručnici se mijenjaju svaki treći dan što je neprilično jer je kupaonica toliko mala da se nemaju gdje sušiti, nema nikakvog stalka.

Zvučna izolacija loša jer smo čuli susjede iznad sve.

U kuhinji je bilo nešto malo soli i 3 paketića čaja (za nas dvoje za 4 noći).

Lokacija je vrlo daleko od centra. Hodanje do stanice tramvaja 15 min i zatim još 45 min tramvajem. Ili kombinacija bus i metro isto tako 50-60 min.

Net i equipat per qui necessiti fer alguna menjada a l’habitació.

Lluny del centre. No hi ha connexió directa a prop i els autobusos solen anar plens (al menys al maig).

Prima appartement iets uit het centrum
Pros:

Genoeg ruimte voor je koffer etc, niet zo'n krappe kamer.

Cons:

Beetje een deuk in het bed. Verder van het centrum dan we dachten, wij hebben uiteindelijk maar een taxi gepakt omdat we midden in een hittegolf zaten en niet naar de tram wilden lopen.

Pour 1 séjour découverte de Rome, en se sentant presque chez soi :-)
Pros:

Très bien situé et bien desservi.
Accueil et service client de qualité.
Logement propre, passage quotidien, ce qui est 1 +

Cons:

Douche à l'italienne 1 peu petite (pour les très grands), pas de pommeau.
Sinon tout était très bien !
