Barulho muito grande e não controlado por parte dos hóspedes entre as 23:00 e as 01:00 da madrugada e bolas para jogos aquáticos sem qualquer supervisão por parte do nadador salvador quando os mesmos incomodam bastante os outros hóspedes

Qué hubiera servicios por todas partes, piscinas, aseos, snack...

Cons:

El horario de cierre de las piscinas es demasiado pronto. Al menos las normales sin toboganes deberían cerrar más tarde ya que hace mucho calor

Pésima estancia

No me gustaron el buffet faltaba de todo,3 tostadoras para mas de 500 personas hospedados en los desayunos las máquinas de café siempre había algunas rotas, el engaño del todo incluido que no entraba casi nada,lo de los pases de dias que meten mas personas de la capacidad del hotel eso perjudica a los que estan en alojamiento xq en el snack de la merienda arrasan con todo y mis niños se quedaron sin merendar 2 dias pagando un todo incluido,en las piscinas con flotadores y pelotas sin apenas espacios...un desastre

Varias cosas, pero en especial una recepcionista llamada FATIMA, el cual su trato desde el principio fue pésimo, empezando con mentiras ala hora d instalarnos y hablarnos de malas formas, debería ser más empática y tratar a todos por igual....
