Breakfast was charged at €20 per person, which created a reasonable expectation of a satisfactory and well-managed servi

The only positive aspect of the hotel was the parking and the location.

Cons:

The condition of the room provided to us was completely unacceptable. The mattress was in a very poor state, and the bed appeared dirty and inadequately maintained, raising serious concerns regarding hygiene and guest comfort.
Upon discovering these issues, we immediately contacted reception and requested a room change. However, we were informed that no alternative rooms were available. What was particularly concerning was that the receptionist acknowledged being aware of the poor condition of the room before assigning it to us. Despite this knowledge, the room was still offered to paying guests.
This demonstrates a significant failure to meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer care. We are extremely disappointed by the lack of attention given to these issues and by the decision to accommodate guests in a room that was known to be below an acceptable standard.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Hotel liegt in der Altstadt und ist sehr gut erreichbar, optimal für Radfahrer.

Zimmer, Bad und WC waren sauber.
Es standen kostenfreie gekühlte Getränke zur Verfügung

Ein zweites nackenfreundlicheres Kopfkissen wäre schön gewesen
Die Armaturen in der Dusche waren sehr schwergängig und mit seifigen Händen nicht bedienbar
Das Frühstück war diesen Aufpreis nicht wert. Es gab kein Rührei ( bei Nachfrage bekam man die Information, dass es heute keine Eier gäbe). Es gab keine normalen Weizenmehl Brötchen, der Obstsalat sah nicht sehr einladend aus, der Honig war leer, ebenso der Ahornsirup.Die Behälter der Säfte waren nicht beschriftet der Inhalt nicht erkennbar. Es gab kein Mineralwasser, das Graubrot war alt und vertrocknet und Wurst und Käse haben mich auch nicht überzeugt gerne verzehrt zu werden. Ich habe schon in hunderten Hotels übernachtet und ich bewerte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Vorab email mit Bitte eine Telefonnummer anzurufen, wenn man das Hotel schlechter als mit 8 bewerten will
Umständlicher check- in: lange Warten
Frühstück war viel aus: die Angestellte kam kaum nach mit all den Anfragen: gab keine Schüsseln für Müsli, keinen Joghurt Natur, Säfte u.a. nicht beschriftet (man wusste nicht, was man nahm). Frühstück somit nur ok.

Pros:

Das Dormero ist ein Kongresshotel und hat einiges zu bieten, von Sauna über Tischfußball zu Billiardtischen. Wir wurden upgegradet und hatten ein sehr schönes, großzügiges Zimmer. Hier hat mal jemand nachgedacht und im Doppelzimmer Toilette und Bad getrennt, sehr angenehm. Auch schön, es gibt eine Minnibar/ Kühlschrank, eine Annehmlichkeit, auf die heute leider viele Hotels verzichten. Und die Getränke darin noch dazu kostenlos. Auch die Lage ist super, am Rand der Altstadt, fußläufig zum Schiffsanleger nach Weltenburg, super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Und dabei auch noch nachts wunderbar ruhig.
Als Radler freuen wir uns sehr über den großen, sauberen Fahrradraum mit jeder Menge Steckdosen zum Aufladen. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, das lassen wir öfter ausfallen, aber das griechische Restaurant mit Biergarten im Hof des Hotels ist super.

Ruim hotel en kamer en locatie in stad
Pros:

Grote kamer, ruim opgezet, locatie bij stadje, ontbijt was uitgebreid, koud drankje in minibar

Cons:

Gordijnen waren minimaal en bijna doorzichtig, geen bediening op terras, geen drank keuze,weinig personeel aanwezig, wc bij fietsen kamer was niet schoon
