Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, dir Erreichbarkeit ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Ausbesserungen, z.B. im Bad, wurden nicht professionell gemacht.

Trotzdem würden wir den Aufenthalt ( immerhin 4 Nächte) als befriedigend einstufen

Das Frühstück war gut! Die Lage war sehr zentral.
Auf Grund des 24 Stunden Radrennens an dem Samstag war es sehr laut und wir hätten sehr gerne das Fenster geöffnet, da es sehr warm war und es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung am Ankunftstag, wir waren schon um 14.30 Ihr vor Ort und wollten an der Rezeption etwas fragen, es war vor 15.00 Uhr nicht möglich! Wir wurden extra darauf hingewiesen!
Leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, bei diesen sommerlichen Temperaturen sicherlich von Vorteil!
Die Servicegebühren für den Zimmerkühlschrank, wir wurden nicht auf die Unkosten im Vorfeld hingewiesen, denn am Zimmerkühlschrank stand" for free"

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unpassend, es werden mit den Fotos auf der Webseite falsche Erwartungen geweckt.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage mit grossem Fahrradraum und Restaurant mit gutem Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Domero Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, Bild auf der Webseite mit zwei großen bodentiefen Fenstern.
Das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben, hatte nur ein kleines Fenster und ein Minibad.
Wir haben an der Rezeption reklamiert und wurden sehr unfreundlich abgefertigt, dass unser Zimmer Deluxe-Zimmer sei und kein Zimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern wie abgebildet frei sei….
Es war unerträglich heiß im Zimmer und durch das kleine Fenster kühlte es sich in der Nacht auch nicht ab.

Lage war perfekt,

Cons:

Personal nicht sehr freundlich. Parkplatz 15 Euro/ Nacht wobei ein kostenfreier Parkplatz 300 m entfernt ist. Einchecken und Koffer im Zimmer abstellen: 1 Euro 50 Parkgebühr
