Les serviettes de toilette assez rêches et demandent un petit renouvellement
Pas vu de pancarte faire ou ne pas faire la chambre
L espace entre le lit et l armoire pour passer très étroit

Pros:

This is a hotel so there was cleaning everyday. Great views and location. Also has free parking. Walking distance from everything in Porto.

Cons:

The staff were not the friendliest. We couldn't use their huge dining hall to give the kids dinner despite them not using it for anything other than breakfast. There isn't a microwave etc in the room as it's more like a hotel.

Semi-friendly staff
Didn’t want to give us room keys 10 mins before 3pm even though rooms were ready and we had a sick child who needed a bed
