The staff and location were amazing. The hotel was immaculate and the breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

I was really looking forward to taking a bath at the hotel. It is the main reason that I chose this hotel. I was put in a room with a handicap bathroom with no tub and a very strange shower that was completely surrounded by a gigantic shower curtain that was so long I had to step on it while I was showering. Nobody told me it was a handicap bathroom and I almost fell when I was using the sink. I didn't know that the sink would move... I did not say anything to the front desk because the hotel was very full, but I wouldn't book here again despite loving everything else about the hotel.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location in the centre of town, right across the road from the beautiful gardens Parque Dom Carlos I. Staff were attentive and professional. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, good breakfast options. Easy check-in process, car parking is shared space with shopping centre behind hotel, with lifts accessed via the hotel.

Cons:

Booking a 'double or twin room' and having to request a double bed. Some of our guests ended up in a twin room as that was the default.

Sempre uma excelente escolha

Foi o meu segundo ano a ficar neste hotel. O pequeno almoço é de excelente qualidade. Funcionários mesmo muito simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar. Hotel sossegado. Excelente localização.
