Very well maintained, great size for our needs.
Central and very clean
We were extremely cold at night, tried everything to get the air con unit to produce hot air, to no avail! Unfortunately this did impact our stay. Also, after one person had a warn shower the water for second person was cold
Marenza and betty couldn't be more accommodating, app was spotlessly clean and attention to detail very gd..grrat spot and close to everything 👌

Great location on the Cabo Roig strip, lovely pool area with a little tiki bar. Second time staying in Marzenna’s apt which was spotlessly clean, lovely fluffy towels, A/C throughout and large smart tv with access to Netflix etc also excellent Wi-Fi free of charge
Everything was honestly great but I would recommend an umbrella on the balcony as it gets sun in the morning & can get very hot by 10am

El hotel muy cómodo. Mi apartamento era bastante amplio y bien equipado. Excelente calidad precio. El único fallo que le doy es la limpieza y el WIFI. Tuve la mala suerte de que antes de mi estancia debe haber estado alguien con perro porque habian muchos pelos en el sofá y la fregona olia a pipi. Pero no deja de ser una muy buena opción. Repetiria sin duda.

Great penthouse apartment on 3rd floor with a big rooftop terrace with good views. A few items missing in kitchen, cups, spoons etc but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Overall a good place to stay at a reasonable price. ext door to Numbar5 restaurant - try it
