Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels am Viktualienmarkt hat natürlich die Vorteile, dass man den Trubel am Markt von oben miterleben kann und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt vor der Tür hat. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Vorbereitungen auf den nächsten Markttag natürlich am sehr frühen Morgen geschehen, mit Müllabfuhr, Kehrmaschine usw.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist für Senioren nicht geeignet! Es ist klein, winkelig, zwischen Bett, Badezimmer und dem Stauraum für den Kofferinhalt befinden sich zwei unmarkierte und unbeleuchteten Stufen, die besonders bei Nacht absolut gefährlich sind. Hier muss dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden!
Aufgrund der Enge im Zimmer, der Stufen und der einfachen Zimmerausstattung kann das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nur als schlecht bezeichnet werden.

Pros:

Had everything I wanted in a hotel. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. This would be my first choice if I ever visit the city again. But I’ll have to think twice before committing to the price. Overall, I’d say this place deserves a much higher reviews ratings.

Cons:

I’d say nothing important except I wish it were cheaper. If I need to nitpick, I’d say one towel had a coloring spot on it, but wasn’t a big deal. Also, the wooden decoration and furniture needs refurbishment. But these did not affect my experience whatsoever.

Housekeeping service is provided only once every four days. We were frustrated by not being able to shower daily and by having to waste time cleaning the room ourselves—a policy they hadn't informed us about; had we known, we would have rented an apartment instead of staying at a place that was a hotel in name only.

Pros:

Everything was great. Staff are excellent and really friendly.

Cons:

Nothing. Right in the center of Munich. Within walking distance of almost everything you could need. Close to at least three train stations. The marketplace right outside the front door was great. We enjoyed a really relaxing and nice stay.
