Amazing
Pros:

Extreme great value for money, clean and central. Staff are very nice and helpful. We were a big group and we had no problems.

Great location, but a disappointing and uncomfortable stay for a family with a young child.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Viktualienmarkt, while still not feeling too crowded. On the last day, some of the staff were also very helpful and polite, especially the Turkish gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

Cons:

The check-in experience was unhelpful, with paperwork in German and no clear explanation when asked. Valet parking was unavailable at the time of arrival and Parking advice was unclear since the suggested entrance of the garage was very difficult to find at night without proper directions. At the time of our arrival the only staff available was a night receptionist and nobody else was available to help with luggage, despite us travelling with a young child, suitcases, a stroller, and backpacks. The extra bed was broken on arrival, no kettle was available for baby milk, and the boiled water we asked for was brought in a dirty container with food remains and a small worm inside. The bathroom design was the worst part: it had transparent glass sections, a sliding door that did not fully close(10cm open), and almost no privacy at all. The room also felt impractical and mediocre overall.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage am Viktualienmarkt ist einzigartig. Das Frühstück hat alles gegeben. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😁

Pros:

Nice hotel in a great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Appreciated the free beer and water in mini fridge!

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal aber mit kleineren Mängel
Cons:

Leider war die Einrichtung des Zimmers sehr spartanisch. Die Lade des Küchenfachs konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Das ist sicher bekannt und keiner kümmert sich. Zu dem Preis sollte schon alles passen.

Great location!
Pros:

Great location- right across the street from the Viktualienmarkt and short walk to Marienplatz. Beautiful views from our room on the 5th floor. Free drinks (water, juice & beer) in mini fridge.

Cons:

There are 2 steps from room entrance/bathroom to sleeping area which are difficult to see and very dangerous if you're not paying attention.

Münih'te her yerin ortasında, son derece konforlu bir otel. Personel son derece yardımcı.
Pros:

Otelin konumu her yere yürüyüş mesafesinde ve marketin hemen önünde olduğu için mükemmel diyebilirim. Otel son derece konforlu, wifi yeterli ve hızlıydı. Özellikle resepsiyonda bulunan Aytug Genceller bize inanılmaz yardımcı oldu. Nezaketinden ve desteğinden mahcup olduk.
