Don't do it, go further away from the riverwalk. This spot is not it.
Pros:

Location, convenient and close to walk around the Riverwalk. Steps down and a 5 minute walk you are there. Mall and good places to eat around, like panaderia.

Cons:

Parking is not included is a first. If you're staying with little kids, parking at the structure and walking over is a drag. Valet parking is $50 A NIGHT, INSANE. Even in LA spots are $25 for valet, it's crazy. Also the aesthetic in the room and just the overall feeling just feels gross and old, just not clean.

Pros:

I liked that the doors were locked and you had to have a key to get in. I liked that they came and cleaned room everyday while we were out.

Cons:

I didn't like that the pool was closed. I didn't like that our water got turned off for awhile so we were without water. I didn't like that the ice machine on our floor wasn't working. I did not like that there were clothes left in the drawer by previous guest that tells me the room was not cleaned properly.

In the middle of everything, this location was great for walking to attractions.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff..

Cons:

There were stains on the couch and on the chair. The carpet needs to be deodorized.

Perfect stay at the Riverwalk
Pros:

The location is wonderful. It was a short walk to the best part of the river walk. There was also an affordable parking garage on the same corner.

Our room was lovely and clean.

The staff were all kind and helpful.

My husband and I agreed that the next time we take a trip to the river walk we will definitely be booking this same location.

I probably would not go back

Cons:

We had 2 occasions in the 2 nights that we stayed there where we had people open our door — we reported that to the front desk the first time, on the first occasion that it happened— we were told that it might have been maintenance doing work —

The following morning, there was another incident where it seemed that guests made a mistake in trying the wrong door, but it still opened. I told the reception that it could be that our lock was totally not working —- they just said they would check into it

This location and view is lovely but we were treated rudely from the first second we arrived.
They not only treated us badly, they never apologized, and refused to help us resolve it in any way.
