A particular front desk agent (at around 11 pm on September 12) was particularly rude to one of the members of our wedding group. Her conduct was unacceptable and prompted a lot of discussion among us. It really cast a bad light on our overall stay.

Uncomfortable beds
Pros:

Loved the location, right on the water

Cons:

We have travelled all over the world and these are by far the most uncomfortable beds we have ever encountered. I woke up with sore hips and back and my husband woke up with sore shoulders and neck. Very very disappointed.

Absolutely stunning hotel and location! We left our bags at reception as we hot there early. When we came back later they had our bags in our room which was wonderful! Great staff!

I wish regular customers like us get a discount in our next visit

is clean and tidy

Cons:

I have been a regular Summer visitor for the past 3-4 years , with weekly booking for the month of July & August ,
sometimes in September as well ; usually for 2 -3 rooms . the cost has increased every year . I used to stay at the
Sooke Harbour Marina rental ( 2 bedroom unit ) for roughly $350 per night for 3 -4 of us ; now 2 rooms at the
Prestige almost doubled the price ; and you don't have a fridge and kitchen facility .

Pros:

Wow fantastic views! Beautiful facility with lots of outdoor room to chill and relax. Would make a beautiful wedding venue, and the west coast grill/ restaurant was fantastic.
