Gut gelegenes Hotel mit modernem Ambiente und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Hell, freundlich, Lage für uns praktisch, Fenster können individuell geöffnet werden, schöner Frühstücksraum

Cons:

Wiederholter Ausfall des Aufzugs
Sitzen im Aussenbereich leider zu früh untersagt, beendet trotz schönem sommerlichem Wetter.
Vorabverständigung per Telefon wiederholt holprig.

Für eine Nacht OKAY
Pros:

Hotel liegt nahe dem UKE (Klinikum) in Hamburg. Die Klinik ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Personal ist freundlich und zugewandt. Unsere Übernachtung war ohne Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer hatten keinen Kühlschrank (z.B. für Medikamente), das Frühstück wäre sehr teuer gewesen und das Parkhaus ebenfalls.

Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Saubere, gemütliches Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Scheinbar ist das Haus recht hellhörig, bzw waten auf jeden Fall meine Nachbarn neben und ober mir sehr laut.
Und ein Kühlschrank wäre super.

Excellente adresse si on veut sejourner proche du CHU/ Eppendorf.
Pros:

Chambre et hôtel confortable, proche UKE et Eppendorf, calme, très bon petit déjeuner avec personnel service restauration très agréable

Cons:

Pas de minobar ou minifrigo dans la chambre , pas très adapté aux familles

Pros:

Schlichtes ruhiges Design, sehr sauber.
Überall sehr nettes Personal ausser am Empfang.

Cons:

Am Empfang war ein Teil des Personals sehr unfreundlich, dies viel umso mehr auf, da das restliche Personal im ganzen Hotel ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich war
