Siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia del soggiorno che della location.
Pros:

La posizione strategica, la natura circostante, il mare eccezionale, la colazione buona , la cena da migliorare.
Un ringraziamento speciale al direttore di sala per l'interessamento e la disponibilità.

Cons:

Avendo riscontrato delle mancanze sulla pulizia e preparazione dei tavoli, ne abbiamo parlato con il direttore che, con grande professionalità e cortesia, ha risolto in tempi brevissimi, omaggiandoci tra l'altro, di un cesto di frutta e del costo del parcheggio.

Šta se tiče osoblja i hrane nemamo primjedbu. Sve bilo super.

Cons:

Mi koji smo s dječjim kolicima problem su bila 2 mala lifta. Dosta vremena smo gubili čekajući lift.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal hier und es war fast wieder so schön wie die letzten Male. Tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick, super Lage am extrem sauberen Meer, echt gutes Essen (prima Köche, vielfältige Speisen vorhanden und sehr geschmackvoll), wirklich freundliches Personal (außer im Speisesaal), Wohlfühlurlaub in fast jeder Beziehung .....

Wohlfühlurlaub in "fast" jeder Beziehung .....weil: Personal im Speisesaal völlig inkompetent und überfordert, entweder keine Gläser bzw. Tassen, oder keine Getränke, oder beides nicht, oder kein Besteck, oder keine abgeräumten bzw. abgewischten Tische, usw.

Insgesamt enttäuschend, da viele Mängel die Nerven.
Pros:

Zimmergröße, deutsch sprechendes Personal. Sehr gutes weibliches Service Personal insbesondere eine, sorry, ältere Dame mit Pferdeschwanz aufmerksam und höflich.. Danke für die angenehme Erfahrung.

Cons:

Viele kleine Probleme die die Freude am Urlaub verderben. Unmotiviertes männliches Service Personal auf der Terrasse. Tische werden erst am Ende der Essenszeit beräumt, Gäste Solln selber eindecken. Bei der Abfahrt kalter Kaffee. I'm Urlaub oft fehlende Salzstreuer, Kaffee Tassen, Besteck. Nicht funktionierende Kaffee Automaten, keine freien Plätze bei Busanreisen für Hotel Gäste über lange Zeit. Zimmer kein Handtuchtausch obwohl angefordert, selber beim Service besorgt usw. Essen auch kaum Abwechslung. Insgesamt enttäuschend, Strand, allso die Klippen und Steinbuchten überfüllt.

Udobno, prijazno, lepa lokacija.
Pros:

Hrana je bila vredu, dovolj izbire. Lokacija hotela je odlična. Osebje zelo prijazno. Soba je bila velika, postelja udobna. Všeč mi je bilo, da obstaja opcija, da ti sobe ne počistijo, če izobesiš malo vrečko na zunanjo stran vrat. Za nagrado pa dobiš v vrečko malo presenečenje :)

Cons:

Sobo sva imela proti gozdu, nad kuhino. Malo je moteč zgodaj zjutraj vonj iz kuhinje (če imaš odprt balkon), ker je zrak iz kuhinje speljan na to stran in ga odnaša tudi do 5.nadstropja. Morda bi se dalo to tehnilčno malo bolje urediti. Dvigala bodo potrebna obnove.
