Pros:

La habitación muy amplia. El hotel está muy bien en general

Cons:

La ubicación. Es verdad que tienes el tram al lado para acceder al centro de la ciudad. Pero no tienes la sensación de estar en el centro de Amsterdam.

Nice hotel, badly organised
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was rich a tasty. The view from the window was impressive.

Cons:

The check in process was a disaster. First, they asked us to pay for the reservation while it has been paid many weeks in advance. The problem was quickly resolved but then it turned out that we need to wait 40 minutes for our room since it was not ready yet. We were checking in at 6 PM so this was not an early check in. On top of that they promised us complimentary vouchers to compensate, which we never got.

Sehr gutes Hotel für kurze Ausflüge nach Amsterdam!
Pros:

Zimmer sehr gut, Betten bequem. Frühstück ok aber kein HIT. Tiefgarage sehr gut!

Cons:

Nichts.

Pros:

Hotel je velmi krásný, čistý, pokoje dostatečně prostorné a pohodlné. Okolí hotelu je velmi příjemné, nachází se ve velkém parku plném zeleně, a v blízkosti kontaktní minizoo. Do centra se dostanete tramvají, která jezdí pár metrů od hotelu, a do 10 minut jste v centru. 😊 Personál byl vždy velmi milý, pozorný a nápomocný! ❤️

Not worth the price considering the location and amenities
Pros:

Clean and free water

Cons:

The room didn’t have a fridge and the hotel didn’t offer concierge service. For the price we paid and the fact that it’s a 4 star restaurant, I would have expected these and more. Especially after experiencing Leonardo hotels in other major cities like London and Paris
