Super new hotel with comfortable bed and one of a few hotels in Amsterdam with parking. Located in the park. Very suitable for calm morning. Breakfast is outstanding but a bit too expensive in comparison to other hotels.

The room was very spacious and comfortable , staff was very polite and helpful, also the roof top area and food selection was very nice

⚠️ WARNING: We had a bed bug issue during our stay.
We booked this hotel for 5 nights. On the third day, after sleeping in the same bed for 3 nights, we found what appeared to be a bed bug directly in our bed. We immediately reported it to the hotel management.
They moved us to a better room and offered to wash the clothes we had worn in the bed, as well as two free drinks. We appreciate the room change, but unfortunately this does not compensate for the main issue.
For 3 days, our suitcases were right next to the bed, and our clean and used clothes inevitably got mixed together. We are now worried about bringing bed bugs home with us and may even have to throw away some of our clothes because of this.
What was also disappointing was the way management handled the situation. We were told it was “good news” that they had only found one bug and that there was a possibility that we had brought it into the hotel ourselves. We understand that the exact origin of the insect cannot be proven, but we found it very uncomfortable that management suggested this to us instead of simply treating the situation as a serious hygiene issue.
We asked for a refund for the 3 nights we had already spent in the affected room. The hotel refused, saying there was not enough evidence that the insect came from the hotel.
For us, the issue is not only where the insect came from. We found it in our bed after sleeping there for 3 nights, and we are now left with the stress and possible consequences for our belongings.
Moving us to another room and offering two free drinks unfortunately cannot compensate for such a basic hygiene issue in a hotel.
Sharing this because other guests should be aware of our experience.
