النظافة سيئة يتأخر تنظيف الغرف رغم الطلب المتكرر وعند التنظيف مستوى التنظيف جداً سيئ فقط تنظيف سطحي
الخدمات جداً بطيئة عند طلبها طلبت غلاية ماء وتم جلبها بعد ٣ ساعات وبعد طلبات متكرره
خرجت قبل انتهاء المده المقرره لسوء الخدمة

Pleasant stay, but bring cabfare money!
Pros:

Though expensive, breakfast was quite good with plenty of offerings.

Cons:

Hotel is in the middle of some beautiful woods. Unfortunately it is near nothing so one needs a cab to go anywhere. There is a small town nearby and some very fit people might be able to walk to it. But we are senior citizens so we had to take a cab if we wanted to go anywhere.

Pros:

Loved being next to the park away from noisy streets, but still handy to various busses & trams. Very comfortable room.

Cons:

Missed having a refrigerator in the room. No variation in breakfast menu.
