Very clean, quiet and well kept. Staff very attentive and friendly. We love Hyatt properties because we know our family will be safe.

There was an adjustment because the central heating and air in each room hum loudly and so does the fridge.

Pleasantly Surprised, Except for Highway Noise

This was the best Hyatt House I’ve stayed at. After a very disappointing stay at the Hyatt House in Plymouth Meeting, where I experienced issues with rude front desk staff, room cleanliness, and excessive noise from guests partying in the rooms and pool area, I was pleasantly surprised by the King of Prussia location.

The staff here were friendly and accommodating, and they upgraded me from a standard room to a suite. The room had recent renovations and was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, with eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, hot items, a coffee station, and more. There was plenty of parking, and the mall across the street provided lots of convenient dining options.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the traffic noise. My corner room was right next to the highway, and it was quite loud at times. That said, I would definitely stay here again, just in a room farther away from the highway.

Beim Check Out sehr ungeduldige und genervte Mitarbeiterin, da wir Cash zahlen wollten und Sie uns einen 50$ teureren Preis genannt hat, als gebucht. Als wir dann kein Trinkgeld gegeben haben, weil wir sie darauf aufmerksam machen mussten, hat sie nicht einmal Auf Wiedersehen gesagt! Das geht gar nicht!
