This was the best Hyatt House I’ve stayed at. After a very disappointing stay at the Hyatt House in Plymouth Meeting, where I experienced issues with rude front desk staff, room cleanliness, and excessive noise from guests partying in the rooms and pool area, I was pleasantly surprised by the King of Prussia location.

The staff here were friendly and accommodating, and they upgraded me from a standard room to a suite. The room had recent renovations and was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, with eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, hot items, a coffee station, and more. There was plenty of parking, and the mall across the street provided lots of convenient dining options.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the traffic noise. My corner room was right next to the highway, and it was quite loud at times. That said, I would definitely stay here again, just in a room farther away from the highway.

I loved the cleanliness and quietness. the complementary buffet style breakfast was amazing.

Had a really great stay at Hyatt House Philadelphia! The hotel has a relaxed and family-friendly vibe while still feeling modern and comfortable.

The pool area was one of the highlights — the pool itself is a good size, and the hot tub actually has strong jets that work properly (which deserves its own award these days 😄). There’s also a pool table near the front desk area, which was a fun surprise and kept everyone entertained. Free spacious parking available

H BAR had surprisingly good food too — perfect when you don’t feel like going back out after a long day.

A special shoutout to Courtney at the front desk, who was an absolute superstar. She handled a situation with some very loud kids at the pool professionally, kindly, and quickly without making anyone uncomfortable. Customer service like that really makes a difference during a stay.

Overall, a very enjoyable hotel with great amenities, helpful staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect, not a bad drive to Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, & right be the Mall. Very nice, clean area. Highway access is handy. Hotel itself is bright & nicely decorated, as well as clean and functional. Our King bed room was very large & comfortable, as well as quiet. Nice big window, VERY comfortable bed, lots of counter space. Bathroom was spacious with a decent size countertop and a nice-sized shower with great water pressure. Free breakfast was good, but we wished for a waffle maker, pancake maker or warm cinnamon rolls that we've experienced at other hotels. One day they had french toast sticks which were really good! It was a clean and pleasant atmosphere & plenty of seating. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was spotless, the breakfast was more than we expected, and the location was perfect - very close to main roads and everything we needed to get to. We also appreciated the generous size of our room - plenty of space to move around. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were so professional and polite. The hotel was so clean everywhere and smelled clean. And the night was so quiet, calm, and so peaceful. I loooooooooooooooove it. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone 👌 😊
