My stay at the Hyatt was quite an experience. I would return there for another exhale weekend

The suite was a delightful haven, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The king-size bed beckoned with its luxurious comfort, offering a perfect retreat after a long day. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast; it featured an impressive array of options that far exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciate bathrooms, and this one was a spacious oasis. With ample room to move around, it felt almost like a personal spa. The shower, with its stunning waterfall showerhead, turned daily washing into a rejuvenating experience. You will truly relish the bliss of your bathing moments here.

Cons:

The only drawback was the hotel's restaurant menu. I arrived for check-in later in the evening, around 8 PM, and didn’t want to drive anywhere to find something to eat. When I went to the hotel restaurant, I hoped to order something to take back to my room. However, I found the menu very limited, especially for someone looking for a quick bite.

Would never return, bed soaking wet through with no explanation

The parking was easy and it’s near the mall.

Cons:

The lobby smelled like cigarettes when I arrived. I checked in and was given my key to room 209. I never got the keys to work but that means nothing to what I’m about to share with you. When I got into bed, I thought maybe I spilled something in the bed because it seemed damp. Soon, I realized it wasn’t damp, it was soaked through. The mattress to the box spring was soaking wet. It was roughly one in the morning and I went to the front desk to let them know and the woman at the front desk barely acknowledged that I was there and when she finally did, she said oh so you’d like to switch rooms and then she said OK no problem. Never an apology never any regard that I was just laying in an unexplained soaking wet bed. I was disgusted. I went to my new room and left at 5 o’clock in the morning.

The Place to Stay in King of Prussia, PA
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and the room very comfortable. Nice quiet corner of King of Prussia, very close to the Mall and other dining options. Good location to travel in all directions.
