Beim Check Out sehr ungeduldige und genervte Mitarbeiterin, da wir Cash zahlen wollten und Sie uns einen 50$ teureren Preis genannt hat, als gebucht. Als wir dann kein Trinkgeld gegeben haben, weil wir sie darauf aufmerksam machen mussten, hat sie nicht einmal Auf Wiedersehen gesagt! Das geht gar nicht!

Great stay in King of Prussia
Pros:

Our room was spotless, the breakfast was more than we expected, and the location was perfect - very close to main roads and everything we needed to get to. We also appreciated the generous size of our room - plenty of space to move around. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Very minor, but the shower head had uneven pressure and squirted water in all directions.

The staff were so professional and polite. The hotel was so clean everywhere and smelled clean. And the night was so quiet, calm, and so peaceful. I loooooooooooooooove it. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone 👌 😊

Courtney on front desk helped change room middle of my stay
Pros:

I am very sensitive to noise and recently stayed three nights for business. When checked in, Courtney on front desk helped pick a room that is further away from the highway. Unfortunately I was waken up 5AM next morning by traffic noise. When walking by the front desk on the second evening, Courtney recognized me and asked about the room. After I told her about the noise she instantly tried and found another room on the same floor that is located near the middle section. She asked me to feel the noise conditions in both rooms and see if there is difference. It is so much better and I have a very sound sleep the second and third nights. I travelled a lot and this is best experience I ever had. Thank you Courtney for going the extra miles and really care about individual needs. And thank Hyatt for having such wonderful employee.

Simply Wonderful
Pros:

Wonderful stay. Hotel was able to meet my request asking to be on the first floor being I had my daughter who is special needs and has a wheelchair. It helped immensely. Absolutely loved the bar/lounge area after a long day at an event for my daughter. Hats off to the bartender. Drinks and food were superb. Pool area lots of fun. Room clean quiet and cozy and breakfast was a delight to wake up to.
