La entrada al hotel ( vereda) no está a la altura del mismo
Lo más rescatable es la ubicación, y el personal (excelente).
El hotel está sobre valorado. No es un hotel 5 estrellas, tiene detalles de una remodelación muy notorios. No funciona el bidet, manijas rotas, cerámiccos sobre puestos. Los artículos de blanco (toallas ) dormitorio de baja calidad. En el Spa, las toallas rotas, las batas chicas . Faltan manijas al baño humedo (no cierra y se corta), duchas sin manijas completas. Detalles de pintura y humedad piso 2. Es una lastima porque esta ubicado en un lugar muy lindo. Una estructura enorme, pero no tiene relación precio - servicios y calidad. Y muy caro para no alcanzar la categoría de un 5 estrellas

El servicio deficiente , no está a la altura de un 5 estrellas , o tenían toallas disponibles y tampoco me hicieron la habitación

El SPA MUY confortable. Tal vez un poco corto el tiempo de masajes, creo que 10 minutos más sería lo adecuado.
