Ok place to stay if you are on a tight budget and prefer to be closed to amenities.
Pros:

Close to EKA hospital and Amenities. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in hotel lobby, breakfast room and hall room.

The shower water pressure is very weak, the shower tiles have some algae. The air conditioning unit is not maintained properly and not clean. The toilet gets clogged easily.

i like the food at the breakfast.

room are small space.
staffs takes time to taking order ( been twice asking for complementary water )
water at the sink was small flow
public toilet near to the hotel restaurant are :( gross. full tissue and the hole closet have tissue. trash bin as well it seems they never do controling at the female public toilet. and the next door at the female toilet got leaking the water.
the staff is knocking the door while we r already tell the receptionist we r doing late check out but its shows that they have no good communication between the team.
