The staff was very polite and friendly.
The cleanliness of the room was below average and did not meet basic standards. I was afraid of bed bugs in the room and the bathroom was unhygienic. I was travelling for work and I had to move to another hotel after 1 night to be able to sleep and be comfortable. The staff was nice and they tried to give a refund but they were not able to process one. I didnt take any photos, would have uploaded if I had.

Food continually short; staff slow to replenish;. cutlery ALWAYS unavailable; had to request replacements daily;
the single coffee machine in continual need of maintenance; machine too small for number of customers.

Close to EKA hospital and Amenities. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful.
There is no air conditioning in hotel lobby, breakfast room and hall room.
The shower water pressure is very weak, the shower tiles have some algae. The air conditioning unit is not maintained properly and not clean. The toilet gets clogged easily.

public toilet near to the hotel restaurant are :( gross. full tissue and the hole closet have tissue. trash bin as well it seems they never do controling at the female public toilet. and the next door at the female toilet got leaking the water.
the staff is knocking the door while we r already tell the receptionist we r doing late check out but its shows that they have no good communication between the team.
They were unwilling to give a refund for a stay that I booked within 30 minutes.
