Gostei da vista, a localização é boa, dá pra ir andando até o centro cívico. Funcionários educados e simpáticos.
Achei o café da manhã um pouco fraco. E nos dias que estive lá, vinha um cheiro muito forte de tinta pelo exaustor do banheiro.

No hacen la diferencia en el momento de elegir
La zona de desayunar es muy fría ,tanto en temperatura como en decoración .
No tuvieron en cuenta algunos detalles ,huevos revueltos fríos ,café y leche demasiado fríos.
Nada de opciones para personas celiacas .
Tuvimos que quejarnos un par de veces.
Mejorando estas cosas cambiaría para bien mucho

Hermoso lugar! La pileta es hermosa con vista al lago, relax total
Tendrían que ampliar el menú de la confitería ya que es muy limitado y el restaurant no abre a medio día.
Quise pedir un roomservice para la cena en el restaurant para tener otras opciones de platos, pero desafortunadamente me dijeron que no :( solo podía pedir en la confitería.

Las camas deberían ser un poco más grandes
El Alma del Lago es un hotel lindo, bien ubicado y relativamente cerca del centro de Bariloche, con una vista al lago realmente espectacular, que sin dudas es uno de sus mayores puntos a favor.
La habitación estuvo correcta y la cama era muy cómoda, aunque nada particularmente destacable. Incluso resultó un poco pequeña para la categoría y el valor del hotel. El baño también quedó por debajo de lo esperado para un cinco estrellas, sin demasiados detalles ni sensación de lujo.
La pileta está bien y se disfruta, pero tampoco genera un efecto “wow” acorde a la categoría que el hotel pretende ofrecer.
El desayuno cumple, aunque nuevamente queda corto para un hotel cinco estrellas: el café era malo y la calidad/variedad de la comida bastante normal.
En definitiva, la experiencia no fue mala, pero sí sentimos que el precio de la estadía es demasiado elevado para un servicio e instalaciones que no terminan de estar a la altura de un verdadero cinco estrellas.
