Truly a Home awy home !

Excellent hospitality, unprecedented service. As a regular traveler globally I have experienced various international brand hotel in many countries. As a pure 100% vegetarian I always face difficulty with hotel foods even in 5 stars, veg non veg food separation in buffet spreads, cooking stations is always an issue, but to my surprise in this hotel I could eat without hesitation. The veg non veg separation in both buffet spreads and cooking stations was highly impressive, as a veg person I had not even see the non veg items unless I searched for it. I was here for 10 days for a medical reason for my wife, the hotel staff took care of us like we do it in our home and family. All pure veg, no spices, less salt prepared separately from all non veg items was our need and the Chef team were happy to cater our need to our satisfaction. Exec. Chef Gaurav, Sou-chef Vikas, all their team, Harshit and his service team in the Mosaic Restaurant (sorry I don't remember all names but every one were too good) deserve huge appreciation for this 'out of box' service that they have provided to us.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, Shaurav was excellent host in the house keeping, Saurav made extra efforts to keep our room disinfected for for the 'post surgery' precautions for my wife, the mattress and pillows quality may be reviewed and evaluated for improvement. The reservation team Astha, Anita were very helpful, Anita took personal efforts to facilitate our every needs. Would love to be back for a week on the last week of August 2026 again. Thank you all, see you soon,

Pros:

Excellent service. From watchman, bellboy to reception, chef, waiters everyone use to meet me with a smile. The Chef Vikas and Chef Kuldeep and their senior chef all are always ready to cater your minute request for the special diets like JAIN food. They have taken care of every minute things and made very tasty food as per strict jain requirements. They were always helpful and always ready to cater our needs. Front desk Jayesh .... Always smiling. Anita ready to help .... I mean any person u talk to they are on toes .... Really thanks everyone for making my trip memorable.

Spoiled birthday celebration

Yesterday,28th July we visited Crowne Plaza for a birthday celebration, expecting the high standards we've experienced in the past. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what you would expect from a 5-star hotel and restaurant.
Despite requesting seating in a specific area well in advance, no arrangements had been made. We ended up spending the first 10-15 minutes discussing the issue with the manager instead of enjoying our celebration.

The buffet service was equally disappointing. Several food dishes remained empty for long periods with no prompt refills, plates and bowls were missing too. The explanation given,that they weren't expecting so many guests;was simply unacceptable for a property of this standard. If you are charging premium prices, you should be prepared to handle your guests efficiently.

Another major letdown was the service of snacks and starters. On our previous visits, these were served at the table, but this time the staff initially refused, claiming that they don't provide that service, which was inconsistent with our past experiences.

We spent around ₹35,000 for this dinner, expecting a memorable birthday celebration. Instead, we were left frustrated by poor planning, inconsistent service, and a lack of attention to guests.

Overall, this experience was not up to the mark and certainly not what one expects from a 5-star establishment. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its service standards so that other guests do not have a similar experience.
