La serviabilité et professionalisme du personnel.

Cons:

La climatisation à fond pendant le petit dejeuner. Pas de réparation du support de douche apres signalement en debut de sejour (6 nuits)..

Helaas waren er wat verbouwingen (waardoor we ook niet naar de rooftop konden), het ontbijt was goed (genoeg) maar wel elke dag hetzelfde

The staff were all nice ans friendly, okay location (45min-1h walk) to most sights, reasonably priced and clean.
Our room was cleaned everyday which we didn't expect in a 3* hotel, bravo to the teams.

Great location and breakfast! Very comfortable beds and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Great breakfast with plenty of options. Small room, but very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location and a good value. The staff were very helpful in arranging transport to and from the airport as well.

even though they were thieves the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful

Cons:

not only did they not note that their hotel was under construction at the time but then one of the staff didn't note that i had paid the city tax so when i checked out the attendant wouldn't let me leave and stole €18 that i had already paid.

Edit: after writing the review a hotel staff member contacted me and began to harass me tried to claim I was wrong and didn't pay €90 and that i only paid €56 which was incorrect because they didn't even realize that the city tax was supposed to be the €72 that i initially paid before they stole the €18 from me and their own math didn't add up
