The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is very good with a large Mall in close proximity.

I Had a wonderful stay at Aryaduta Lippo Village with my family. The pool area was excellent and very enjoyable for family time, especially with the huge facilities area and nice playground for kids. Breakfast was also one of the highlights with so many varieties and good quality selections.

What made the experience even more memorable was the top-notch service from the front office team, concierge, and pool attendants — all were very warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

location is very strategic , near famous mall in Karawaci , i stay in business suite room,its is comfortable have a carpet so make it room warm , breakfast is good so many choices of food. it's worth every penny.

We had a good family experience overall, though some of the carpets were dusty and could use a proper cleaning.

It feels just like being in a tropical forest, even though it’s right in the city centre – perfect for anyone looking to relax. The facilities for children are comprehensive, ranging from a swimming pool to a playground. There’s plenty for sports enthusiasts too, with a gym, tennis courts and even padel. The food is delicious as well. Highly recommended.

Good place, good services, comfortable place to hang out with family

The kids enjoyed the stay here. The facilities are complete, and even though the villa rooms look classic, they are well-maintained and clean. No noise can be heard from the room, the breakfast was also delicious, and special requests for anniversary can be arranged. Thank you, Aryaduta.

Right beside Supermal Karawaci, which has plenty of shops to explore and wander around, service and breakfast are amazing and the entrance to the hotel is stunning.

I really do enjoy staying at ARYADUTA Lippo Village, 4-stars hotel but the hospitality like 5-star hotel. 2D1N are not enough, i suggest you staycation here for a week at least hihi

Perfect for a weekend getaway with a Bali-like vibe 🌴 The pool is amazing—cool and comfortable enough to swim all day. The sports club is super complete (has 6 tennis courts!), but make sure to book early as they get fully booked.

Food is good and the kids’ buffet corner is a nice touch.

Room from improvement: the villa rooms feel a bit dated and could use some maintenance, and the AC wasn’t cold enough. We did report it to the hotel, and they responded quickly, although it still wasn’t quite as cool as expected.

One more suggestion—since much of the hotel area is outdoors, it would be helpful if more umbrellas were available for guests. It was quite difficult to walk from the lobby to the villa during the rain, and we ended up getting caught in it because all the umbrellas were in use.

Overall, a lovely stay and would definitely come back!

We had a great family staycation at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with kids. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.
The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The pool was a big hit with our children! Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!

Located close to a shopping center with plenty of dining options. The rooms are quite dated, but still offer good value for money. The pool area is very spacious with a strong Bali vibe, making for a memorable holiday experience.

One suggestion for management: sports facilities like tennis, padel, and badminton are promoted as part of the hotel, and while it’s understandable that there’s an extra charge, hotel guests should ideally be given special rates compared to non-guests.

Honestly, I had a really nice stay here! The hotel is super comfortable, clean, and has a fun vibe that makes you feel relaxed and enjoy your time.

One thing I really like is that it’s kids-friendly, so it’s a great option if you’re coming with family. The atmosphere feels safe and welcoming for children too.

The only small downside is the room has a bit of an old vibe—like the design and furniture feel slightly outdated. But everything is still clean and works well, so it didn’t really bother me.
