Cons:

Vistelsen var bra och hotellet var mysigt och trevligt. Däremot upplevde jag bemötandet i receptionen vid vår ankomst som ganska opersonligt. Det gick väldigt snabbt och jag saknade ett leende och ett varmt ”välkommen till Scandic”. Jag förstår att alla kan ha en dålig dag, men det hade känts trevligare med ett lite mer personligt och välkomnande bemötande

Bra hotell.En trevlig samma man var närvarande vid incheckning och utcheckning.Hotellet ligger nära Kista Galeria köpcentrum och metro.
