Posto centrale della città vecchia, in un luogo suggestivo che tra i canali e ponti sembra Venezia. Lo staff della reception gentile e accogliente. Ho apprezzato l’acconsentimento per un Checkout tardivo, di un’ora.

Cons:

La colazione, in un posto suggestivo, qual’è una barca, ma assolutamente insufficiente per un albergo di svariati piani. Gente in fila, fuori barca, in attesa di un tavolino libero, con una giornata fredda e pioggia. Mai potevo immaginarlo… Al servizio ragazze straniere, che non capivano la lingua polacca, poco attente, con un’aria svogliata e indisponibile. Stanza molto piccola, il secondo letto impedisce l’accesso alla finestra sia semplicemente per aprirla o chiuderla. Letto usurato. Manca un bollitore che in un albergo di 3 stelle, altrove, è standard. TV inservibile. Un po’ caro in confronto. Ma la cosa della colazione e la fila sotto la pioggia non è accettabile.

Poloha je vynikajuca. Ranajky su vynimocne a bohate na peknom mieste s vyhladom na Ostrov Tumski. Vyborna restauracia pod hotelom.

Cons:

Malo miesta v jedalni - hlavne pocas vikendu a sviatkov, ked je ubytovanych vela hosti. Bolo by vhodne pridat 2-3 stoly.

Gdyby nie dobre śniadanie bylibyśmy niezadowoleni. Stosunek mamy umiarkowany

Jedzenie bardzo dobre, widać dobrą jakość produktów, obsługa miła.

Cons:

Pani która pracuje na recepcji z kolczykiem w nosie jest arogancka i nieuprzejma, nie udziela konkretnych odpowiedzi na pytania dotyczące apartamentu. Obsługa nas z Pani strony przebiegła z wyniosłością i irytacją, odnieśliśmy wrażenie że pracuje za karę. Hotel niestety nie remontowany o niskim standardzie. Pokoje mało przestrzenne co do ceny. Ładnie wygląda tylko na zdjęciach.

Loved the location, the water filler, the elevator and great breakfast

Cons:

It was super loud at night in that area and we could not sleep with the windows open. Even when closed, there was some loud music and car noises.
