Bel hôtel, personnel très sympathique et avenant.
Le petitdéjeuner y est excellent et très varié. A noter que, pour les personnes qui quittent l'hôtel de bonne heure, celui-ci propose un pique-nique en lieu et place du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Prévoyez des bouchons pour les oreilles.
L'hôtel est situé prés d'un quartier où se situent de nombreux bars et restaurants, où les fêtards s'en donnent à cœur joie jusqu'au petit matin.

'Boutique' claustrophobia
Pros:

There was a good choice of fruit, bakery and some charcuterie at breakfast, though put under pressure to order everything you might possibly want because 'you can't come back; this isn't a buffet', so we over-ordered, eg., 2 mugs of coffee.

Cons:

The access instructions were confusing and contradictory; we were told the hotel had private parking and could give us an access code, but 'recommended' we go to public parking first (which rather defeated the object- my husband has limited mobility due to damaged spine). We didn't find the public parking so went direct to the hotel to pick up access info to their parking (which they could have sent us by text) and drop off bags. The hotel is on a 'residents only' street - which the hotel had told us about - but assumed that we were authorised as staying at the hotel and they said we could use their private parking. But we incurred a penalty - which the hotel had not warned us about. Neither did they explain access to their private parking.
The 'boutique' description of the hotel appeared to reflect it's dominant theme of red, black and white artwork - which was rather garish and overwhelmiing. The room was claustrophobic with enclosed outlook onto central 4-storey artwork on on central 'well'

C’était parfait
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel en plein centre ville.
Très propre, le personnel est à l’écoute et très agréable. La literie est très confortable. Dans la chambre il y a une cafetière.
Le petit déjeuner très copieux.

I liked the nice touches such as messages in your room welcome you to the hotel was a nice touch. The staff friendly and professional. It was near to the centre of the old town really enjoyed my stay thank you!

Pros:

At arrival we were upgraded to a more spacious room on the hotel's more quiet inside. We found a goodie bag and a personal handwritten note on the room. Awesome! Room was very clean and had all necessary facilities. Our highlight was having breakfast on the small rooftop.

Cons:

While the option to choose your breakfast from a menu the day before and indicate the time and place you want to have it the next morning is nice, the food itself was kind of "instant" and could be improved.

Die Lage war eindeutig klasse! Alles konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Bequeme Betten und alles sauber.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción

Cons:

La habitación (35) era muy pequeña y hacía mucho calor. La salida del aire estaba en frente de la cama y no podíamos ponerlo mucho rato. La única ventana que había en la habitación daba a un pasillo por el que pasaba la gente para ir a su habitación. Sinceramente creo que el precio de esa habitación es muy elevado para las dimensiones que tiene. Debería tener un precio diferente al resto.

La décoration générale de l’hôtel .

Cons:

Le parking , l’isolation des chambres (le bruit de la rue est très gênant) et l’absence de réelle occultation pour la nuit .

Très bien situé, calme et petit déjeuner copieux!
Pros:

Très bien situé, literie très confortable et petit-déjeuner vraiment copieux. Bien que très central, les chambres sont au calme donnant sur une cour. Le personnel est très accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix ce qui a fait changement avec les hôtels précédents!
Plusieurs gestes appréciables: cadeau dans la chambre, messages personnalisés, cafés offerts, etc.

Cons:

Lors de la réservation, le parking était mentionné mais une fois arrivés, on nous recommande de rester dans celui de la ville (Alcazaba) qui n’est que quelques euros de plus pour 24h.
