Estadia em local que deixou a desejar.
Pros:

Wifi gratuito e funcional, limpeza do quarto e bem localizado dando acesso ao ponto turístico.

Cons:

Ambiente abafado, anfitrião e funcionários da portaria sem identificação, falta de auxílio com as bagagens na escada, café da manhã servido com suco artificial.

Passable pour une nuit ou deux
Pros:

Bien situé pour visiter la ville.
Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Hôtel assez anonyme mais pour une nuit ou deux ce n’est pas très grave.
Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du prix.
Devoir laisser les clefs de la voiture pour qu’on vous la gare dans l’arrière cour est déplaisant surtout qd on découvre des rayures sur le pare-chocs le lendemain (frottement sur un enduit beige de mur).

Wonderful stay, highly recommended !
Pros:

The hotel is excellent and located in a perfect area, just a ten-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the other main attractions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, while the bathrooms are well-equipped and impeccably maintained.

The reception staff were exceptionally kind, always smiling, and ready to help with any questions or recommendations. The hotel also has a beautiful garden, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or breakfast in a peaceful atmosphere, which gives the stay a special charm.

We traveled as a family of ten with two cars, and having the hotel’s private parking was very important to us, as it made us feel relaxed and confident that our vehicles were safe throughout the stay. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm and welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the very first moment.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent and exactly as expected.

Punto a favore della struttura, la vicina a piedi da piazza dei Miracoli e il parcheggio interno dell'hotel!

Cons:

Hotel datato, senza ascensore nè frigo in camera. Ci è stata affidata una camera sottotetto con balcone impraticabile!

Absolutely uncomfortable for this kind of money I could get a hotel with the four stars but unfortunately I got there. I
Pros:

Nothing except application. Hotek smell bad, a ask for remote off AC they told me they are cleaning AC sistem. Once i left they start to laugh. This should be last option for everyone. Better pay 30€ more and get good service and nice place. Absolutely disgusting service and dirty hotel.

Behaving of stuff smell of Hotel dirty carpet small room, high price hospitality zero.
