Very cool inner city hotel
Pros:

Wonderful staff who were very friendly and attentive. The room upgrade was gorgeous. Such modern cosy and clean rooms! Love the industrial feel to them. Loved the bathrooms. Great location.

Cons:

Very noisy on Friday night from the bars. And if you’re seeking a view, there isn’t one - this is not one of those hotels with light filled rooms (but I liked the ambience of the dim lighting).

Amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff were amazing. We had a small issue with our room, and they were shocked to see it as well, but they moved us, gave us some drinks at the bar, and could not be more apologetic.

Cons:

The cleaners missed something in our room, but the staff went out of their way to rectify this.

Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms.
Pros:

The room was true industrial chic. It was cosy but still spacious. Opening up to the bathroom was lovely. We did not observe the view but didnt hear any of the city noise so we were really happy.

Stunning stay
Pros:

The Establishment is such a beautiful hotel great welcoming staff
bath and bath salts were a wonderful treat. Breakfast was reasonably priced. Generous serving and very delicious. The aircon was controlled in room which is always a bonus. Generous size room. It's very polished. The bars are great and dinner at mr wongs is a must.

Cons:

Bit noisy on sat night but the hum of the aircon and the ear plugs provided did the trick.

Cons:

The hot water for the shower and bath was running cold for ages but the staff were able to help and once the water ran for a while it was hot.

The proximity to Circular Quay, the Passenger Terminal & Light Rail.
The hotel is exceptionally well placed. Coupled wirh a refined and elegant fitout, friendly and respectful Staff and positively gorgeous spaces to relax and enjoy your stay. We will be revisiting this gem!
