Absolutely wonderful hotel with exceptional staff!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, top quality and luxurious. From the very first step you can feel welcome and taken care of by professional and proactive staff. Great breakfast, spacious room and amazing views. I highly recommend it!

very good service, friendly cosy and not too big a place!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal! Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig! Die Dachterrasse ist morgens und abends sehr gut!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war dem Rest des Hotels nicht ebenbürtig! Der Kaffee könnte besser sein, die Auswahl des Buffets auch etwas und auch die Omletts könnten etwas besser sein. Aber nichts war ungenügend, es war trotzdem gut!

I like the location and the lobby

Cons:

Facilities were a bit worn out and the lights were confusing to open and close. Breakfast stays on only till 10am which I think for people on vacation in SoF is too early. Staff were not as accommodating. The rooms have bulky furniture. The rooms were not being cleaned you had to ask for your room to be cleaned.

An unforgettable stay — from the first minute to the last

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff set the tone for an exceptional stay. Every team member was genuinely attentive — the concierge in particular was outstanding. Room service was impressively fast, and the rooms were spotless throughout. The spa was the cherry on top: the sauna and massages were simply superb, in a beautifully serene setting.

Three days that felt like a dream. The whole team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows. We will absolutely be back — a heartfelt thank you to everyone! 🙏

Location is fab and staff are extremely friendly and efficient and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and very big and lovely and clean and the breakfast is lovely

Siamo stati molto bene nel complesso.
Pros:

Hotel superiore, ottimi servizi, ottima accoglienza, camere grandi e molto belle. Zona centralissima si è praticamente a 100mt. dalla struttura del Festival di Cannes sulla croisette.

Cons:

Colazione da rivedere, non di livello per questo posto. Minimal sia come scelta che come qualità. Se ordini un'omelette o un uovo poche arriva sul piatto bianco semplice e senza neanche un minimo di presentazione.
