Nice hotel with clean rooms , helpful stuff at the reception.

Cons:

Noise for the room upstairs.
And my friends got a room downstairs that was super humid and with no window in the bathroom so all the room hot hyper humid.

Pros:

El jardin de la entrada es muy bonito y el hotel es muy acojedor. La decoracion es eclectica pero con mucho gusto. Se aparca justo en frente del hotel y el parking es mono. El personal es muy amable

Un petit oasis
Pros:

Un très charmant hôtel au cœur de Tulum, dans une rue calme avec un patio très arboré. Les chambres sont très joliment décorées et un beau roof top permet de prendre un petit déjeuner savoureux. Le bonus : la responsable à l’accueil est hyper sympa et à l’écoute.

Einfache zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Personal

Cons:

Betten einfach wenig Komfort.....Wasser zum Duschen lief etwas spärlich.

Ottima posizione vicino alla Avenida Central, nelle vicinanze locali e ristoranti.Nelle vicinanze la fermata dei pulmini del Colectivo, comodi ed economici, con i quali si possono raggiungere la spiaggia, le rovine di Tulum etc.
Camera ampia e pulita. Arredo minimal ma completo di tutto anche dei prodotti da bagno.
Gabriela la responsabile simpatica e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliato!

Great host in a lovely place
Pros:

We spent 3 nights in this place. Our room was very cosy and the overall building was lovely and full of plants. On our last evening there was a big narco traffic boss was killed, and the Mexican government suggested to stay at home. All the restaurants were closed and the owner of the hotel went quickly to buy some food and arrange a nice meal for all the guests. This is true hospitality spirit which makes a difference when you travel. This is a true hospitality spirit and I really recommend this place

Cons:

Perhaps having a place where to put towels / swimming suites at the end of the day because it is a beach location.
Although the hotel also provides towels.

Far enough off of the main street that it's pretty quiet. Tulum can get loud at night.
