Accogliente, personale disponibile e pronto a risolvere i piccoli inconvenienti (ci ha spostato in un'altra stanza quando le abbiamo detto che non andava l'acqua calda)

Posizione centrale e vicino a rovine ed alcuni cenotes
Stanze molto rumorose e calde (nonostante la presenza e l'utilizzo del condizionatore)
Molti malfunzionamenti (phon, acqua poco calda anche nella stanza nuova...)

Schönes kleines Hotel mit schönen Innenhof, sauber, ruhig, gutes Badezimmer, gute Zimmergröße. 10 min zu Fuß von der Ado Bushaltestelle und in der Umgebung viele Restaurants oder Cafés, Personal war auch super lieb

Wir haben uns in der wunderschönen, grün angelegten, zentrumsnahen Hotelanlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und wir mochten das Frühstück oben auf der schönen Dachterasse. Die Unterkunft ist nur ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof in Tulum entfernt. Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen gleich um die Ecke. Auch die Ruinen von Tulum kann man per colectivos oder Taxis von dort aus gut erreichen. Es gibt einen frei verfügbaren Wasserspender mit kaltem Wasser vor Ort.
Die Klimaanlage war in unserem Zimmer direkt über dem Bett angebracht, so dass wir sie nicht permanent angeschaltet ließen.
Personale super accogliente e disponibile, Gabriela e Alessio ci hanno dato molto consigli su escursioni e fornito un autista per la gita a Cobà. La struttura è molto bella con colazione su terrazza sul tetto. Posizione eccellente, in una delle vie più vive della città e accanto ai migliori locali. Super consigliato!

L'hotel è molto carino. La stanza era molto semplice. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio di lavanderia che l'hotel ci ha messo a disposizione a pagamento e il fatto di avere una persona della security nelle ore notturne.
The hotel and its location was excellent. Just a short walk of 5-10 mins to the main street and 10 mins from the ADO bus station. The staff at the hotel were lovely and for my partners birthday they did a breakfast of pancakes (his favourite) and had a cake and played the mexican version of happy birthday and we all danced! They were also helpful in giving us good directions for our cycle ride.
Room was a good size and lovely and clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast was fruit, omlette, fresh fruit juice (including watermelon one day which was lovely) and tea or coffee.

Loved our stay from start to finish. Huge room and huge bed, great aircon and ceiling fan, beautiful place built around a garden with a super chilled roof terrace too. Plug sockets, bathroom, space for cases and surfaces for unpacking all perfect. Amazing staff and owners, so kind and helpful, will absolutely be back. Location ideal for downtown Tulum and for taxis to the beach clubs/cenotes/brewery. Immaculately clean, comfortable and well appointed. Thanks so much for the lift to the terminal too, so kind of you 🥰
Nothing, noisy on the street outside at the weekend but never bothered us at all.
La hospitalidad de Gabriela, el sitio es agradable, cómodo, familiar, limpio y queda cerca de varios restaurantes
El hotel es precioso, según aparece en las fotos. Instalaciones muy cuidadas y habitaciones amplias. Tiene una terraza en la azotea con sofás y el trato del personal fue excelente.
La ventana del baño de nuestra habitación había sido tapiada por el edificio colindante.

And my friends got a room downstairs that was super humid and with no window in the bathroom so all the room hot hyper humid.
El jardin de la entrada es muy bonito y el hotel es muy acojedor. La decoracion es eclectica pero con mucho gusto. Se aparca justo en frente del hotel y el parking es mono. El personal es muy amable

Un très charmant hôtel au cœur de Tulum, dans une rue calme avec un patio très arboré. Les chambres sont très joliment décorées et un beau roof top permet de prendre un petit déjeuner savoureux. Le bonus : la responsable à l’accueil est hyper sympa et à l’écoute.
