Super, on hésiterait pas à revenir
Pros:

Tout! La proximité de la plage, la propreté de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, le bar, le restaurant.

Cons:

Certains équipements pourraient être changés, vraiment très peu (par exemple un des boutons de la chasse d'eau des WC ne fonctionnait pas correctement). Mais comparé à d'autres hôtel, l'état général du Grupotel Acapulco Playa est vraiment très bon. C'est un très beau bâtiment.

Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist toll und das Zimmer war super ausgestattet.
Frühstück und Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich und sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Pool könnte etwas mehr tägliche Pflege vertragen.

Nice big clean room
Great walk in shower
Good size balcony
Super friendly staff, when I asked for coffee making items to be put in the room this was action in a timely manner
Plenty of outdoor seating options
Bar well stocked lovely cocktails
Great location with restaurants and bars within walking

A few other guests were rude! Not the staffs or hotels fault just just ppl have no respect for others (it won't mention the nationality) but not British

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel in July 2026. We booked a room with breakfast and had dinner as well. Buffet-style. A varied selection, everything very tasty and always fresh. Friendly staff. 24-hour reception. Located right on the coastline, just a minute's walk to the sea. We were very pleased with our stay!

Hôtel calme et agréable
Pros:

le petit déjeuner est très bien ainsi que le service. Le personnel à la réception est très bien aussi. La chambre correcte mais le matelas/oreillers pas qualitatif. L'Hôtel est très bien situé par rapport aux supermarchés/magasins et à l'arrêt de bus menant au centre ville.

Cons:

La chambre avec vue latérale sur la mer : latérale oui mais vue sur la mer un peu limite. Le buffet du soir nous n'y avons été qu'une seule fois car il n'était pas assez délicieux pour y retourner d'autres soirs.
