The Bianca resort is in a beautiful location and the public areas are lovely with nice food and reasonably priced drinks and all very clean.
However that is about as far as it goes. We were on floor 3 last week and the room was exceptionally hot, there is no air conditioning but a small fan which seemed to just circulate hot air. We could not sleep and it felt as though during the night we couldn't breathe. The window is very small and the room is dark. The water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so needed to be dried with the towels and bath mat every time it was used. You are not allowed to use any electrical appliances in the rooms and can't take any snacks or drinks in that haven't been purchased in the hotel. So no water in that heat. You can of course buy it from them at a ridiculous price compared to the supermarkets. It felt like being in a prison camp which is very sad as it could be such a lovely place. This hotel is best suited for winter and I would never return again in the Summer.

Great destination for a summer weekend
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel mainly because if it's SPA and swimming pool zone, our kids enjoy it. Rooms don't have AC but it wasn't a problem since we lived on the entrance side which is in the shade for the most of the day.

Cons:

Bar/cafe in the pool zone doesn't work, it takes some time to place an order for the main restaurant and then to get it delivered to the pool. The taste of food on the breakfast was not the best, we liked breakfasts at Swissotel Kolasin more.

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine et avons bénéficié d'un surclassement en suite
Chambre spacieuse et propre
Salle de bains avec douche et baignoire à bulles
Petit déjeuner copieux, varié , avec des produits frais
Possibilité de dîner sous forme de buffet ( à 25€) ou à la carte .
Personnel courtois et efficace
Parking gardé devant l'hôtel

Cons:

Pas de climatisation ce qui convient pour les sports d hiver mais en été il fait chaud! Une toute petite fenêtre dans la chambre et un petit ventilateur...
Heureusement que nous avions une suite et pas la chambre double qui est fort petite
Le soir le restaurant buffet est peu plaisant # ambiance réfectoire. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing. Buffet varié mais pas très bon.
Et que dire de l attitude des clients qui se ruent sur les plats dès 19h et mangent en un temps record...
Bref l ambiance repas du soir n est pas top et nous avons opté pour des restaurants dans Kolasin

Pros:

Very good hotel. Large well equipped rooms. Friendly staff always helping with a smile. Large lobby with a good music and seating coach. Excellent breakfast and dinner.
No air-conditioning in the rooms.

Quirky design, great food and service, but needs air-con
Pros:

This was the second hotel that we stayed at during our Jules Verne ‘Montenegro Explorer’ tour, and we stayed there for 1 night. The building design is so unusual, and we love staying in mountain areas, so we were really looking forward to our short stay there. On arrival, we were really impressed with the public areas of the hotel – the décor and architecture were both lovely. The staff at reception were very helpful, as were the staff in the restaurant. We had a lovely buffet evening meal there and an equally lovely buffet breakfast there too – it was particularly nice to sit by the large external windows. Sadly we were there for such a short time that we did not get to use the bar or swimming pool, but these looked great as well.

We were allocated room 109, on the first floor. The room was nicely decorated, with an interesting diamond shaped window. Unfortunately, both the room and the window were absolutely tiny – there was barely enough room to walk around the bed, and it was impossible to have the window open when the curtains were shut (as they open inwards). This was absolutely fine for our one night stay, as the temperature outside wasn’t too warm in May, but we would definitely have struggled in the height of summer. So, 5 out of 5 for the public areas, but only 3 out of 5 for the room. I’d happily go back for a short stay, but our room would have been too cramped for more than a couple of days, and they definitely need to think about improving the windows and/or installing air conditioning.

L’emplacement, l’équipement (belles terrasse et piscine)

Cons:

Le bruit infernal des chiens errants qui aboient toute la nuit. Personnel sympathique sans plus. Un peu juste pour cette catégorie d’établissement..
Restauration sans intérêt.
