Merhaba öncelikle 5 gün kaldık. Beache girişin kolaylığı kahvaltıları otelin konumunu çok beğendik ve resepsiyonda Türk çalışan bulundurmanız ayrıca olumlu yönde izlenim bıraktı

Cons:

Son gün oda temizlemeye gelindiğinde kalın yatak örtüsü götürülmüştü ve gece üşümek durumunda kaldık bu oldukça kötü bir izlenim bıraktı. Tesisteki park yetersizdi ve tesise girmek için inanılmaz bir sıra beklemek durumunda kalıyorduk bu dezavantajları avantaja çevirilebilirse 10/10

Très bien mais j’ai connu mieux surtout au niveau de l’amabilité

Cons:

Tous les soirs entre 30 minutes et 1 heure d’attente pour rentrer dans le parking de l’hôtel.
Cet accès est bloqué par d’autres voitures qui veulent se stationner dans un parking public qui est situé juste à proximité (ils attendent qu’une place se libère donc ils bloquent toute la rue).

De plus, j’avais demandé une chambre au calme et je me suis retrouvée avec une famille qui avait des enfants dans la chambre juste au dessus. Ces derniers couraient et faisaient énormément de bruit sans arrêt.
J’ai fait le signalement à la réception mais la réceptionniste m’a indiqué qu’elle ne pouvait pas les appeler avant minuit. Donc dans cet hôtel, vous n’avez pas le droit aux réclamations avant minuit.
