Good, would recommend it.Great location,near Kings Cross and great bus connections.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine, even had vegan choices.Great location.Lower basement room but was not dark.Very clean.Great to have the air con as it was a very hot day.

Cons:

The coffee machine didn't work.No shower cap.

Perfect location. Great value.
Pros:

Great location for quick and easy access to regional and international trains. Quiet neighborhood with many dining options. The air conditioning was ice cold during high temperatures. Nice breakfast included.

Cons:

Lack of an elevator might be a problem for those with mobility limitations. The shower was very small which may be an issue for people of larger stature.

Very very bad , you need refund me
Pros:

Location is ok

Cons:

1. Air conditioner is bad , not working properly, we opened fan all nights, wife and kids all complained too much
2. Small room for it room rate
3. TV NOT working at all.
4. No elevator , stairs is smaller and narrow, we made difficult to load luggage on.

Pros:

The hotel was about 10 min walk from st pancreas. The hotel was clean and comfortable staff were very pleasant

Cons:

I have mobility issues so if you struggle with mobility this will not be a hotel for you . Many stairs which are very wide
This isn't a fault with the hotel as it a Victorian building.

The location is very central, the staff were lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was great and the breakfast was decent. This is my second stay and I'd definitely come back.

Great central location but quiet. The breakfast selection was lovely and staff were friendly.

We were on the 3rd floor the stairs were uneven as is the case with older properties.
