Muito maravilhosa a vista para o Rio Douro e a localização perto das vinícolas. Recomendo fortemente. Fomos de carro e passamos uma noite, mas com certeza voltaremos para passra mais tempo. Fantástico.

Excelente estadia com uma vista linda para o rio Douro

O hotel inteiro é ótimo, instalações excelentes, staff atencioso e pronto para ajudar (Tatiana foi super gentil e nos atendeu muito bem!) o café da manhã era variado e delicioso e o restaurante era ótimo e tinha um bom custo-benefício! Nosso quarto era excelente, muito confortável e espaçoso. Além disso, recomendo uma massagem no spa, foi maravilhoso!

Cons:

Nosso quarto tinha dois tapetes que tinham muito cheiro de mofo e isso atacou muito minha alergia (sorte que o quarto era grande e consegui movê-los para longe da cama) e na nossa acomodação (não eram todas) a varanda era compartilhada com outros quartos e isso não é tão agradável. De resto, tudo excepcional e certamente retornaremos em uma próxima visita.

Location was good. Staff were nice. Room was big, I struggled to find where the mirror was (hidden in the wardrobe). Good views of the Douro. Dinner in the restaurant was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, but not great. Not a great choice. Wine choice was also limited.

Amazing !!
Pros:

It was the second time we came and it was even better. This time we decided to have dinner at the hotel and we were surprised of the great quality of the service and even more with the staff. We really want to give an huge thank you for the chef and for the restaurant hostess Sabrina Gasper who was with us almost all the time to explain each dish ,each wine and each dessert . She is amazing, nice, polite and definitely has an huge knowledge about the food... thank you so much for this experience...
I would like also to thank Sabina at the reception. She was lovely and very professional. Thank you and we will be back for a third time.

Cons:

Não respondem ao telefone quando se tenta ligar para o hotel. Sem funcionários no bar para atendimento. Sem funcionários para fazer ovos ou panquecas ao pequeno-almoço. Quando reservamos com o Booking todas as fotos do quarto standard tem varanda. Quando chegamos ao hotel, o quarto standard com varanda só se houver disponibilidade e não havia disponibilidade. Se quiséssemos um quarto com varanda tínhamos de pagar 59€ pelo upgrade. Contudo, após o nosso descontentamento, a gerente facilitou um upgrade gratuito. Fizemos uma massagem, que era a promoção do dia, no valor de 30€. No check-out, o valor apresentado pela massagem era o dobro. Após alguma luta, lá fizeram o valor efetivo da promoção.

Tolle Lage direkt am Fluss, großes Bad, Blick aus dem Fenster spektakulär, Frühstück und Abendessen top, nettes junges Personal, schöner Spaziergang über Fußgängerbrücke nach Lamego

Cons:

Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage abenteuerlich, Badekappenpflicht für den Indoorpool, aber keine Badekappen beim Bademantel im Zimmer verfügbar, vielleicht hätte man die an der Rezeption bekommen (kaufen?) können, das haben wir aber leider nicht verstanden

Vista maravilhosa
Pros:

Da vista e da localização! Tem uma paisagem maravilhosa. O quarto com espaço e o banheiro com uma bancada grande. A varanda tbm nós surpreendeu com o tamanho!

Cons:

Única situação a apontar é que uma das funcionárias não queria que o vinho rosé e branco que compramos dentro do hotel fosse tomado mais fresco do que a temperatura que ele estava. Mas o bar autorizou, então nos deram um balde com gelo para tomar o vinho ao nosso gosto e da nossa preferência 😁
