Boa mas não satisfaz o hóspede.
Pros:

A vista dos apartamentos que dão para o rio Douro é maravilhosa!!
O café da manhã também é muito bom.

Cons:

O atendimento da recepção é muito ruim.
Ainda tem carpete nos quartos.
É um hotel confortável mas não acolhe o hóspede.

Freundliches Personal; sehr gutes Frühstück; sehr geräumige Zimmer; schöne Aussicht; gute Lage, um das Städtchen zu erkunden oder den historischen Zug zu erreichen; gratis Parkplätze auf der Strasse

Sehr kleines Jacuzzi; fehlender Gehweg bzw. zugeparkte Gehwege durch Hotelgäste (was durch das Hotelpersonal gar empfohlen wird, um die Kosten für die Hotelgarage zu sparen); insgesamt eher hoher Preis im Quervergleich in Portugal
