Really disappointed the room was so hot we could not turn the temperature down (no thermostat) told a fan was in the room for our use, king size bed but really lumpy and not comfortable at all only got 3 hours sleep so could not wait to leave, there was a dead button hole left in the drawer in the bathroom, only 1 breakfast tea bag 2 x cappuccino pods with the coffee machine so decided to make them well when I put it into the machine and started to make it they had gone off and it stunk the whole room out of rotted milk it was putrid. Breakfast was only lukewarm and a lot was not there.
I did tell the staff a couple of times, when we were leaving I told the young lady behind the desk she said sorry about that and your parking will be £10 for the 24 hours I paid and left.

Hotel was ideal for visiting Salisbury. The hotel was clean and the bedrooms spacious and relaxing. Did not eat in the hotel other than toast for breakfast. The lady Angie who was on duty for breakfast and in the morning was very helpful, cheery and pleasant.
Felt that the reception staff had no personality or friendliness - could learn from Angie!
Clean and well appointed in room.
Plumbing was noisy when guests used showers in the room I was in
Location close to town
Restaurant & bar on site- lovely food
Friendly helpful accommodating staff
Car parking on site
Breakfast included
Decor a bit outdated
Breakfast was good, there were a lot of options with juice, cereals and toppings. The room was lovely and felt new and stylish
There was a big group of golfers ahead of my husband so there wasn’t a lot left on the hot buffet and it only got stocked up when we’re were leaving. The shower pressure wasn’t very high.
I like that the staff were very friendly and professional!
The ventilation in the bathroom was not working!
Breakfast plentiful and nicely cooked
Didn't expect to pay for parking
Clean throughout, fresh and attractive, the staff very responsive.
A little too far from the city center, and the food was good enough but not great.
Beautiful, spacious and clean . The mugs in the bedroom were a decent size.
It was lovely.
A couple of constructive criticisms:
There should be a bar to hold onto for balance and safety in the spacious walk in shower. Not all guests are young and fit.
It would help to have one next to the toilet also.
I stopped at the Milford Hall as a walk in customer for breakfast with my partner. It was a week day and just past 9am and thought maybe we would be too late, however Angie and her team welcomed us. The choice of food was great and every option was full and available. Great quality well cooked food and very reasonably priced for a hotel. Genuine friendly hospitality completed the experience, would recommend and would return.
Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort. Aber das Zimmer war schön, sauber und das Frühstück war reichhaltig!
Stayed for one night in May. Was lucky to get a space in the car park and leave it there while we walked around Salisbury (before check in time). We checked in about 16.00 but had to wait for a while until a member of staff appeared at the desk - this happened twice. Apart from this all the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly particularly in the bar. Room was large and very modern and clean. Luckily there was a fan as it was very hot and we couldn’t master the air conditioning - instructions in the room would be helpful. For a four star hotel I would if expected a fridge or a least a bottle of water. Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t include this in our stay. Very short walk into Salisbury.
