Staff were amazing, well done team! All so friendly and cheerful. Victoria and Garima on reception so lovely and Angie at breakfast super kind and helpful. They are the reason I would come back x

Great location and room was very comfortable.
Pros:

Great location and the staff were helpful and polite. Also, the hotel as a carpark which made parking easy. Additionally, the room was comfortable and the breakfast very excellent.

Cons:

Food service was poor at breakfast, keeping food and crockery stocked. Other meals weren’t great and desserts weren’t as expected eg crème brûlée was actually just cheesecake and Erin mess was a cake 😳

Great location for me for work. Lovely clean rooms,
Good aircon and in room facilities. Victoria in the restaurant was fabulous and looked after me on the trip and my previous visit.

Pros:

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Shared facilities in lounge and bar very comfortable too. Breakfast very good and evening meal very good too.

It'a just mediocre. Lacks any kind of identity. Expensive for what it is
Pros:

Room was fine. But on opening the door you walk straight into a large wardrobe. There was nowhere to place a suitcase.

Cons:

Way too expensive for what it is. Breakfast had limited options.
