I had an evening birthday party at Milford Hall Hotel, with many of my guests staying the night at the hotle too. All of them who stayed said that the rooms were lovely and there was a great breakfast too.
Amanda Guest, the events manager, could not have been more helpful with organising my party and the room looked lovely on the night. We had a sit-down meal with a number of meal choices which were all delicious. The staff looked after us all so well throught the evening too.
I can highly recommend Milford Hall Hotel for holding a special event: abig thank you to Amanda, the Chef and the team who looked after us all so well.
Breakfast was good. Decor was adequate. Bed was large enough and comfortable.
There was no dedicated parking, and I had to pay extra to park at the hotel. The walls of the rooms were thin, and I could hear my neighbour with ease.
Breakfast was great, a good selection and friendly staff, Angie went the extra mile which was appreciated.
The room was clean and although appeared to be recently refurbished, there were parts that let it down.
The reception staff helped out with a noisy room neighbour, which was appreciated.
Stains to the carpet, the room looked newly decorated so it was a shame that the carpet had staining . Chipped paint on bathroom door. The bathroom looked newly refinished so this was a detail overlooked, spoiled the whole room.
The family room lacked a comfortable armchair, so although we wanted to get room service we had nowhere to sit and eat. It also lacked storage, not enough drawer space for 3 people.
We had trouble sleeping because the occupants next door had their tv turned up loud, reception staff asked them to lower it but they didn’t, sadly.
Angie was amazing as my daughter was not very well and Angie could not do enough to help she ensured I had everything I needed the house keeping member of staff was also really helpful providing me with extra items I needed. Excellent customer service thank you

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, there were serious hygiene and cleanliness issues with the rooms within our group. In our two rooms, we found stains on the floor, as well as visibly dirty towels. We asked for the towels to be replaced, but they brought us dirty towels again. One room of the group had big blood stains on the bed! This is simply unacceptable for a hotel.
The attitude of most of the staff was also very disappointing. They were generally unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional, with one notable exception: one member of staff was genuinely kind and helpful.
We were also very uncomfortable with the fact that we were asked to pay for dinner while eating, which gave us the impression that they did not trust us as guests. The way this was handled was unnecessarily unpleasant and made us feel very unwelcome. The dinner itself was very mediocre.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, mainly due to the unacceptable cleanliness standards and the attitude of the staff. Apart from one kind member of the team, the service was disappointing. We would definitely not stay here again.

I stayed through work, what a pleasant surprise! The hotel was impeccable, well run and the rooms felt more luxurious than the price. The rooms had great zircon, fantastic bed, nothing felt shabby or tired. The bathroom was perfect. I also appreciated the low noise at night.
Breakfast was very, very good. Wiktoria kept things running like a Swiss watch, being attentive to the customers and ensuring nothing ran out at 9.30am. Check in was easy and the car park next to the hotel was excellent and safe and well lit. Bar and restaurant was comfy to the point that staying and eating in was an option and room service wasn't going to break the bank. Salisbury centre and the Catherdral only 10 mins away. The city is safe and the Saturday Market was really good.
This hotel is perfect, I have to stay in Hotels as part of my work duties and I shall be staying again.

Location, friendliness of staff, large comfortable rooms with air-conditioning. Pillows were very good and bed was really comfortable. Shower really nice with both handheld and rainshower options. Lovely breakfast with good choice and great staff on hand
There wasnt anything
This stay as been one of the most pleasant stays I have had all the staff at this hotel can do enough for you.
I use a medication which needs to be kept cool and was instantly provided with a fridge all the staff are polite and if they can find time in there busy days will spend a little with the people
The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable and the food is cooked superbly
I will be returning and wish to thank all the staff for a wonderful stay with a little special mention to angie who provides cuddles if requested fabulous 👌 stay
Having to leave will be back (just for the cuddles)

Dirty cups in room. Not being able to order even bar food before 8.00pm as we don’t like to eat that late. Could have used more milk in room.
