Happy to stay again but not in 31!
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfy bed, centrally situated in Rotherham.

Cons:

I've stayed vefore in a different part of the hotel but my room (31) was noisy until about 20.30 due to it being above the kitchen fan. To be fair, though they did offer me another room.

The beds were comfortable. And the bathroom was clean and nice 10/10 definitely will come back.

Cons:

Noise, no food at weekends. Beds uncomfortable. Shower - only very hot, controls not working. Lack of plug sockets. No kettle. Overall would not stay due to noise from pub and uncomfortable mattress

Cons:

Bobbled bed sheets. No valance on the bed so showed the base fabric was dirty and ripped. Very early, the cleaners talked loudly to each other so we all heard the conversations. Daugther was in her room, which the cleaner unlocked and walked straight into, later apologising for not realising it was occupied.

Very good value for money
Pros:

Clean hotel in a good quiet area. Staff were happy to get us a taxi to go to our wedding reception. The room was comfortable but basic and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Ordered breakfast in the morning which was good and at a very reasonable price.
