The manager was very rude and aggressive. I have videos of him being aggressive. The bed had blood and urine stains on them.

Cons:

I'm probably being a bit picky but the waste bin hadn't been emptied, there was no tea/coffee just sugar and milk, there was no toilet roll, the staff sorted it for me but in fairness things like that should not be missed and hopefully it was a one off

Cons:

The water was dripping from the shower water tap and it was just annoying me, also the window blinds are not fully covering the windows so from the side I was blinded by the light at 6 am

Poor upkeep the hallways dirty, the kitchen staff were very rude to a customer, breakfast was poorly organised with no bread out for toast, no spoons to stir your tea/coffee, dirty cutlery.

Average stay for a need to basis.
Pros:

Reclining sofa in the room

Cons:

No fans, unable to open doors - north of 30 degrees heat and nothing can be catered. No aircon either.

Its okay if u need to crash somewhere. The head chef was great and made the best sticky toffee pudding for us.
