Been here 4 times now, excellent value for money.
Pros:

Friendly staff, location great. Easy parking.

Cons:

The rooms only had small windows that opened so with the heatwave the rooms became unbearable without air conditioning.

Pleasant but noisy
Pros:

The room was exceptionally large as it was a family room. Perfect. Also the location was good whith plenty of parking and eating places within walking distance

Cons:

There was a wedding celebration. Which we were made aware happens most weekend's . Therefore it was very difficult to sleep even with the window's closed. It was so noisy and hot. So ask if they are having any events before your stay.

For the money it cost it was excellent value .

It was ok but not worth the money I paid

Didn't make breakfast as wasn't told the times as arrived late

Cons:

We stayed there as we were attending a party being held there.
The room was drab.
No plug on a tiny sink.
Breakfast was poor; having to order at reception, we then waited over an hour and finally gave up and left. The items you could serve yourself had mostly run out: no cups and no water in the boiler. Locals that arrived 30 mins into our waiting had breakfast served before us and many other guests also waiting.
Just a shambles.
