Lovely hotel with fab breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely well kept rooms with all you need for a short stay. Breakfast was lovely and a good variety. Parking was free and easy lots of spaces. We had dinner in the pub which was lovely and convenient for us.

Cons:

Nothing… we had no issues with our stay.

Very cute pub
Pros:

Super cute vibes, love all the hog accessories in the room. The pub itself is also has super cute furniture.
Breakfast was substantial with the availability for continental as well as cooked breakfast.

Cons:

It was a bit warm in the room with no air conditioning. There was a fan in the room to help with airflow, but its an old building so retains the heat in summer.

Lovely and relaxing in luxurious surroundings.
Pros:

The Hampshire Hog is a real hidden gem with 5 star facilities. The rooms are beautifully decorated with large comfy beds and pillows and modern bathrooms with power showers.
There is a coffee machine with pods, complimentary fresh milk, Still/sparkling water and locally produced shortbread.
The pub itself has a warm and welcoming feeling with friendly staff. There are also 4 electric charging points in the car park with disabled parking near the entrance.

Nothing!

Pros:

The room facilities and bathroom were superb. Had we just been scoring the room it would have been 10 out of 10.

Cons:

The food really let things down. Crispy squid starter sent back as not even cooked let alone crispy. The other dishes were way over-priced for portion size. Breakfast was slow, very poorly cooked and again pretty mean on size. Took so long that we almost left without as we had a ferry to catch.

A thriving and busy pub we which thoroughly enjoyed until the food arrived!!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and the room was first class in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Cons:

The food and presentation of the food was awful. Hopefully the chef was having an off day and indeed the pub and dining area was packed.

We made a really good choice with the Hampshire Hog.
Pros:

Good sized room, even had a fan. Good choice at breakfast, food good. Dinner at night well presented with good choices. Instavolt chargers in the car park - very convenient for us. Lots of parking to the rear close to the accommodation area. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Good location for exploring the Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Great stay, comfortable room and friendly staff
Pros:

We really appreciated all the little extras in the room such as fresh milk in the fridge, slippers, drinks vouchers, Nespresso machine. The room was large and extremely comfortable. Staff were great. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The room was quite dark, could do with better lighting for applying make up.
