I loved the hotel staff. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and spoke English!
Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità del personale nel fornirci tutte le informazioni utili per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse di Assisi. Inoltre avendo utilizzato il Telepass per il parcheggio auto la persona alla reception ha fatto in modo di non farci pagare l'importo addebitato avendo soggiornato al centro della città, comeda regolamentocomunale. Buona colazione, con personale molto disponibile in sala.

La ubicación del hotel UMBRA es en el centro de ASSISI, cerca de todo, pero a la vez muy tranquilo para descansar.
El personal del hotel muy amable, nos dieron un mapa de la ciudad e indicaciones de como ir a diferentes lugares.
El desayuno es muy completo y de buena calidad.
La señal de WI-FI en nuestra habitación estuvo muy atenuada, débil.

It's my second time in this hotel. The attention, location and breakfast are excellent. The staff is friendly and willing to give instructions. Overall a very good atmosphere in the center of Assisi.

The hotel is close to the main piazza and has great views from some of the rooms and various terraces around the hotel.
The staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and making it clear to us how to drive to the hotel to drop our bags off and then get back to the parking.
