Pros:

Location apart from roadworks preventing access to the reception with vehicle but that will not last long.

Cons:

Only concern was poor A/C performance in our room which was a challenge with ambient temps in excess of 40c.

A beautiful boutique hotel with very attentive staff.
Pros:

Great central location to explore Bordeaux and the pool was a welcome place to cool off. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Our air conditioning didn’t work very well so we were hit at night and had trouble sleeping.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

We took an Uber from the Airport to the Hotel.
The Hotel Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The room was clean and spacious.
The bed was very comfortable.
The Complimentary breakfast was delicious.
We only stayed one night but we would definitely choose to stay there again.

Pros:

Beautiful suite with patio and hot tub. Very nicely appointed and useable for two groups in two bedrooms. Location was amazing as were the common rooms of the hotel

Cons:

The shower was the bomb but a bit complicated. Would have been great to have a cutting board. That is about the only things I can see to resolve.

Exceeded all our expectations - authentic French hotel with 5-star features.
Pros:

Amazing location, fabulous staff - a real gem which exceeded our expectations. Our room was huge, spotlessly clean, quiet, airy and super comfortable. Great breakfast and options for snacks with drinks in the evening. Having the use of a great little sauna, steam room and plunge pool was an added bonus!

Little hotel in the heart of city centre, small rooms though
Pros:

Excellent location, staff extremely friendly and helpful, good amenities, free non alcoholic mini bar, good matrasse, coffee and tea. Very clean!!

Cons:

The room had a strange design - the separate toilet opens to the bed, who sleeps there will wake up, the washing table is IN the room, but the walk in shower has no door. Who comes with trolley might be ok, but we come with two full luggages and could not turn around inside the room. AC switches of by itself in the night, at 41 degrees and still 30 something in the night it made us waking up. Also the pillows were awful, not feathers like one would expect for a 5 star. The safe in the room was so small that we had to bring our valuables to the hotel safe. As was the Wardrobe, nothing really fits there.
