Lovely hotel with exceptional staff that did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and our time in Bordeaux
Pros:

Wonderful staff, beautiful building and well appointed room with an incredible housekeeping service. Great breakfast, along with a super helpful concierge.

Cons:

The air conditioning was a little inconsistent, but ultimately worked fine. The apartment sink (not in the bedroom, but in the common area) had a strong sulfur smell that we presumed was outside of the hotel’s control, but was very noticeable.

Cons:

Ein Zimmer (ich hatte insgesamt 4 Junior Suiten gemietet) hatte einen erheblichen Wasserschaden, zusätzlich tropften in mehreren Bädern die Duschen! Frühstück war definitiv auch kein 5 Sterne Niveau! Spa-Bereich sehr überschaubar!

A top small hotel in the Centre of town
Pros:

It is very central. The staff were wonderful, particularly the gentleman at reception whose name unfortunately did not note 😕 The breakfast buffet was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff who assisted with restaurant recommendations and reservations and sightseeing tips. Huge comfortable bed and well appointed room.

Pros:

Un appartement magnifique, très bien décoré. Un confort au top. Une position assez centrale, proche de petits restaurants. Un personnel très sympathique et aidant.. On recommande vivement !
