Great place to stay.
Pros:

We took an Uber from the Airport to the Hotel.
The Hotel Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The room was clean and spacious.
The bed was very comfortable.
The Complimentary breakfast was delicious.
We only stayed one night but we would definitely choose to stay there again.

Pros:

Beautiful suite with patio and hot tub. Very nicely appointed and useable for two groups in two bedrooms. Location was amazing as were the common rooms of the hotel

Cons:

The shower was the bomb but a bit complicated. Would have been great to have a cutting board. That is about the only things I can see to resolve.

Exceeded all our expectations - authentic French hotel with 5-star features.
Pros:

Amazing location, fabulous staff - a real gem which exceeded our expectations. Our room was huge, spotlessly clean, quiet, airy and super comfortable. Great breakfast and options for snacks with drinks in the evening. Having the use of a great little sauna, steam room and plunge pool was an added bonus!

Little hotel in the heart of city centre, small rooms though
Pros:

Excellent location, staff extremely friendly and helpful, good amenities, free non alcoholic mini bar, good matrasse, coffee and tea. Very clean!!

Cons:

The room had a strange design - the separate toilet opens to the bed, who sleeps there will wake up, the washing table is IN the room, but the walk in shower has no door. Who comes with trolley might be ok, but we come with two full luggages and could not turn around inside the room. AC switches of by itself in the night, at 41 degrees and still 30 something in the night it made us waking up. Also the pillows were awful, not feathers like one would expect for a 5 star. The safe in the room was so small that we had to bring our valuables to the hotel safe. As was the Wardrobe, nothing really fits there.

Nice location, but not very comfortable

Cons:

Internet signal on top floor was very weak and bad. Also, the Air Conditioning was not working right and the temperature was very hot. There were flies also inside the room

Pros:

What an absolutely fabulous weekend. I am a first time( ( woman of a certain age ) traveller and a little apprehensive but didn't need to be at all. First class accommodation with the most amazing and helpful staff, resulted in the best of experiences and a memory I will treasure. Thanks for giving me confidence to try more adventures but I will definitely be back to Bordeaux sooner rather than later
