Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, das Frühstück lecker und das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Im Badezimmer haben wir einen Handtuchhalter vermisst. Das lässt sich aber sicher leicht umsetzen und würde den Komfort noch etwas erhöhen.

Отель расположен в самом центре, 7 минут пешком до Кёльнского собора, 15 мин. до набережной. Рядом много магазинчиков, уютных кофеен и ресторанов. На завтрак был вкусный кофе и хороший выбор продуктов.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, ruhig und serviceorientiert.
Pros:

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Ein Stuhl oder ein Sessel im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Aber es gab einen Hocker und eine Sitzbank vor dem Bett. Das Bad hätte etwas größer sein können.

Pros:

Fantastic location in the centre of town . Really helpful staff . Liked the little sofa area where you could get a drink of water and a biscuit and there was a fridge of soft drinks and alcohol to purchase . My room was great - a good size ( as I was a solo traveller thought it might be a shoe box) but it had plenty of room, bathroom good and great shower .
Would totally visit again and recommend .

Perfectly comfortable and ideally sitauated.
Pros:

The location was superb. Perfect distance from cathedral, train station, bars and restaurants.
The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room did get warm at night and whilst a fan was provided, had I stayed in a heatwave it would have been very uncomfortable without air con.
