Würde nicht noch einmal kommen - top sauberkeit und teils super Personal daher noch 4/10
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Ausstattung auch in Ordnung, typisch Hotel eben.
Das Personal am Abend und in der Nacht von 14.09.26 bis 15.09.26 war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommen.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm groß. Das kostenfreie Zimmerupgrade fand ich spitze.

Cons:

Das Personal morgens am 15.09.26 war sehr unfreundlich und immer abgelenkt. Anstatt sich um die Kundschaft zu kümmern wurde lieber mit dem Personal geschnackt. Auf nachfrage wurde immer nur genervt reagiert und plötzlich war das eigene Anliegen nicht mehr so wichtig und es ging weiter - das geht gar nicht.
Frühstücks Auswahl war mager, meine empfehlung für Gäste wäre es, für ein gutes Frühstück einfach in die Stadt zu laufen.
Auch hat sich die gegenüberliegende Pizzeria nachts um 23-01 Uhr gedacht, noch einmal Fliesen zu verputzen?! Das Hotel selbst war in Ordnung, jedoch muss mit dem Kollegen gegenüber gesprochen werden. Aufgrund der Umstände mit dem Personal und die laute Nachbarschaft wird das Hotel für mich nicht für einen zweiten besuch in Frage kommen.

Pros:

La habitación era increíble, muy moderna, perfectamente limpia, y para mi buena sorpresa tenía una terraza!! (Mi habitación era en el 4to piso)
Llegué a las 7am y me respetaron mi reserva, ademas de ayudarme con todo.
Realmente un alojamiento perfecto, me hubiera gustado pasar más tiempo ahí.

Cons:

The rooms are not air conditioned; instead a fan is provided. Because of its location in the centre, there can be some noise from the street. Keep in mind if you value silence above other things.

Pros:

Hotel ist 10 min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof Köln entfernt und ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Cons:

Uns haben ein paar Hacken für Handtücher im Bad gefehlt. War nichts zum Aufhängen.
